Maserati Levante Owner in Virginia Beach I own a 2017 Maserati Levante, and at 53,000 miles, it was time for my 4-year maintenance. Living in Virginia Beach, I faced a challenge—our local Maserati service center closed last year, and the nearest option was four hours away in Tysons Corner, Virginia. I kept putting off scheduling the appointment because I dreaded the drive and the possibility of an overnight stay if additional work was needed. I mentioned my situation in a Maserati Facebook group, and someone recommended Euro Ground. After visiting their website and reading their almost-perfect reviews, I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Austin, who immediately impressed me with his deep knowledge of Maserati vehicles—even sharing details about my car that the dealership hadn’t. Feeling confident, I made the 1.5-hour drive to Richmond, Virginia, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my car. Upon arriving and meeting Austin and Adel, I knew my car was in good hands. Adel not only performed the scheduled maintenance but also discovered work that should have been done previously but wasn’t. They explained everything clearly and offered to address those issues as well. To my surprise, the price was much more reasonable than I anticipated—I thought it would cost thousands more! They also helped me secure a rental car for the day, which was incredibly convenient. I briefly spoke with the owner, and his expertise and knowledge of Maseratis (and their Ferrari-engineered parts) further reassured me that my car was in capable hands. As a woman, I’ve often been wary of mechanic shops, knowing that women are sometimes viewed as clueless and vulnerable to being overcharged. That was not the case here. I felt respected, heard, and confident that I wasn’t being taken advantage of. All my questions were answered, and even issues I hadn’t noticed were resolved. I highly recommend Euro Ground to anyone in the Hampton Roads and beyond who need Maserati service. Honestly, had I known about this shop earlier, I would’ve made the trip from Virginia Beach much sooner. The service here is better than what I’ve experienced at dealerships. As a bonus, when I was picking up my vehicle, a UPS driver pulled up and asked if I was getting my car serviced there. When I said yes, he told me, “This is the best place ever. You’re so lucky you found this shop. The owner is honest and really good at what he does.” That sealed the deal for me. I rarely leave reviews, but I had to for Euro Ground because if not for the glowing reviews I read—and the referral I received—I probably wouldn’t have come here. That would’ve been a huge mistake. I’m so grateful I trusted the recommendation and found this gem of a shop! Thank you Adel & Austin! See you in 5,000 miles!

This place is hands down the absolute best! I took my Maserati in for brakes and state inspection, and the quality of work was outstanding. The prices are very competitive, and the staff was friendly, accommodating and very helpful. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place.

I spent many weeks searching for the right car within my budget for my newly licensed teenager and I found everything I was looking for at Euro Ground! The car was in excellent condition and meeting Adel sealed the deal because of his great reputation and knowledge of European cars. I been taking my rolls royce to the washington dealer and other several mechanics shops claiming they can work on this type of high end cars to fix the vibrations on my steeering wheel and no one was able to get it done right and all these shops have very poor acknowledgment and demanding lots money because they only know to read just a computer! but one day, friend mine source this shop for me and this guys here are the top in Business, full of acknowledgment and know what todo properly to go straight to the issue and fixed. I would highly recommend to take your exotic car here to be service or tune. they deserve all my respect!! Thank you Adel!

Definitely check these guys out when you get a chance. They’ve worked on my R8 multiple times. Got a tuned, exhaust welded and bumper replacement. Will be bringing all my euro cars back for sure.

Amazing experience with my older bmw E39... not an easy car to work on by any means. They went above and beyond to get my whole suspension refreshed even working with me through multiple obstacles. Also provided a Dianostic for what needs to be done next... Came out of their shop driving like a completely different car than it went in. Too make it even better, they did it for much less than what other "German" BMW specialty shops did. 10/10... will be going back for all future work

I was recommended to Euro Ground Automotive to service my car. I was skeptical at first not knowing anything about this business. I'm glad I was referred! Mr Adel was very professional upon first contact. Being a female and not knowing much about what's under my hood, Mr Adel explained everything that needed to be done to my vehicle so that I understood without having to ask as many questions as I normally would. Euro Ground was very proficient with servicing my car and making sure it was working properly before returning it to me. Upon meeting Mr Adel, he is a very professional and most of all very friendly person to work with! I look forward to working with Euro Ground Automotive in the future!

I had an issue after getting my car worked on at a local tire shop. I mentioned it to them and they weren't interested in helping me. I took the car to the dealer and they told me everything was ok. I’ve had Adel and his team work on various cars that I’ve owned and it’s the same experience every time. Always reliable, transparent, timely and passionate about the process of leaving the customer with a safe and quality product. You can tell the difference between a shop that cares and a shop that wants to just make a profit. These guys really care about what they do and it shows time and time again. The guys at this shop are awesome! I was visiting from out of town when my car threw a few codes. I showed up without an appointment and was seen right away!!! They were able to determine my issue in no time at all and clear the codes. The guy(I forget his name) who helped me was super nice and explained what he was doing as he was scanning my codes. He had a great knowledge of my car and was able to explain the what why and how without charging an arm and a leg! I will definitely use this shop again next time I’m in town!!!
