My Audi TT was due for regular oil and filter change, so I called Euro Motorworks to schedule an appointment. They prefer that I leave them the car for the day, and offered a loaner; they are not set up for a customer to wait. I agreed. The loaner was an Audi Q5, a popular vehicle. It had the familiar Audi controls, but I don’t care for the standard engine stop-start. My car was ready at the end of the day as expected. Service was excellent, as expected. The only down side was driving back to get my car during heavy traffic period, but that is beyond their control. I shall return for my next service, and so will my wife with her Audi. I prefer service at Euro Motorworks to what is offered at the dealership.

I brought my 11 year old BMW to Euromotorworks with an electrical issue that had caused it to essentially brick me out. They found the issue, ordered the OEM part, installed that part and it's running perfectly now. High confidence with Euro Motorworks.

I called like two hours before they closed for a price, and I didn’t think they would even get back to me the next day. Staff texted back early the next day with a quote! I was amazed by the GREAT customer service! They fixed my car in a couple of hours, the price was affordable and they washed my car for me!!! I really appreciate EURO Auto and its staff!! I recommend this company to anyone that’s having mechanical problems with their cars! Thanks again Euro!! Happy Holiday's!

First time customer. I had my son’s X5 in for an oil leak at the local BMW dealership. After 3 days I received a call with a cost estimate for repair. I jumped on the internet to look for a competitive quote. I contacted Euromotorworks based on the great customer reviews. Ami transferred me to Service Manager, Lauren. Lauren took down the vehicle information and with an hour provided me with a more competitive quote. I dropped off the car, they did a second assessment and confirmed what the dealership had identified as the sources of the oil leak. After the assessment it took a couple of days to work the car into the repair schedule. The repairs were completed by the date promised for the price quoted. Lauren was a great communicator throughout the repair process. I was impressed with the hand wash and tire shine completed before pickup, and my grandson’s love the cheese/carmel corn. I was also impressed with the 3 year 36000 mile warranty the provide for the repair, can’t get that from the dealership. My son and I will be bringing both of our X5s in for future repairs.

These guys are true pros. They fix what is broken and then highlight upcoming repairs with suggested pricing so you know well in advance what is coming. They stay in context thruout the process and deliver outstanding customer arrived. Very pleased.

This is the second time we took our 09 Volvo here. They kept it all day without working on it. It does have an intoxolock on it and they did work on it previously with the intoxilock in place. Someone called and asked us to come and start it. My husband and son showed up only to be told that it was a health hazard and the wouldn’t work on it. My son was told the man that would be speaking to him was the lead tech. My husband stepped in after this man told my son he would not work on the car. This man introduced himself to my husband as the owner of the facility. Needless to say we brought the car home and it’s now at another service center. They said the intoxilock was no problem. Euromotors must be doing very well if they can turn a customer away.

Brought the car in 10/25. Car has an intoxilock installed on the vehicle, this device was in the car during its last visit and this shop worked the car with no issues. Reminded them of the device again for this appointment and they had no issue, but then upon starting the work the owner had an issue with it and refused to service the car, owner was a condescending prick towards us. Will never go here again. Customer service at its worst.

Euro was the only shop that could fix my truck . I tried several shops and they were not able to fix the issues .Euro found the problem the same day my vehicle was drop off . I am very pleased of the service, and the communication from the staff. I give 5 stars, for the service.

The staff here are always so nice and helpful. I had an unexpected issue with my Mini Cooper and the shop was able to get me in next day! They informed me that the car wouldn't be ready for 2 days. I was thinking, "No problem- I'm thankful its getting fixed". BUT they called me the following day informing me the car was already finished! This shop has saved me so many times and are MUCH more pleasant to interact with compared to the Mini Dealer in North Indianapolis. I highly recommend Euro Motor Works to anyone with a European car. They are simply amazing!
