Definitely will recommend EuroPlus! I have a 2004 s430 with 200k+ Miles. Great car, but random older car problems. Pete worked tirelessly to help Diagnose and fix the issue. I'm glad with all of the places that I could have brought the car that I came here. Thanks guys, the Benz is running like a top! I appreciate all your efforts.

As someone involved with a BMW problem i regret when I made the decision to come to them for help. The team was very unprofessional and I did not feel comfortable bringing my car back to them. They ignored my calls I had to call from another number an they answered the phone all disrespect was towards my way when I had to call from another number an they answered the phone like nobody plays with someone car like that. I took my vehicle else where and my problem was solved. Come to find out it was the same problem I had in the first place that I paid to get fix the mechanic that solved my problem fixed they problem they said they did but didn’t I’m happy now I have a car again.

I came to them needing help with a major oil leak and got so much more. They were able to diagnose my issue and give me a great price to repair it. If you have a European or luxury vehicle, I would definitely recommend them they will take care of it like you would, and keep you updated every step of the way.

This is the best and only automotive shop I will ever go to from now on! Dylan the kind woman behind the counter made me feel so welcome and made sure I got all the correct parts and got them here quickly and efficiently, I truly would have been clueless if it weren’t for her help. she is extremely patient and professional when I was explaining what was going on with my car and made sure it was handled with the up most care. She even inspected the work after it was completed just to double check all my needs were met. As far as the mechanics, Pedro is second to none!!! He made me feel involved and understood my worries when it came to trying out a new shop which i appreciated so much. His attention to detail was better than the dealership I got my car from. I definitely understand where the plus comes from as a Hyundai owner I can confidently say that they can work on any vehicle. With competitive pricing I absolutely recommend you bring your car here you will not regret it!! 100/10 will come again. :D

Pedro was able to diagnose the vacuum leak by carefully diagnosing each step of the way. His team is very detailed to the point that they consult the wiring diagrams to pin point the issue. The check Engine light on my 2011BMW X5 would be intermittent then would never go away. He and his team diagnosed the problem and 4 months later the car is running smooth .

I am writing this review only after contacting Euro Plus about two issues and not receiving a response. I purchased a 2019 Mini Cooper Countryman in December of 2022 and wanted a shop that would do reliable work at a fair price. On one of my first visits I asked for and got my windows tinted. To be clear, this was an outsourced job. I specifically requested that the tint be meet Texas' legal requirements. Fast forward to November of 2023 and my car failed inspection because the driver and passenger windows were tinted to dark. I ended up having the offending tint removed and replaced by another reputable business. This is the first of the issues that I called about and received no response. In October of this year I returned to Euro Plus for a brake job. I was charged $50 for checking the brakes in addition to the costs for the needed parts and labor. Only the front brakes were done. Two weeks later I took the vehicle on a trip to Central Mexico and had to have the rear brakes repaired while there. Losing my brakes in Mexico would not have been enjoyable, and it seems that if they were in that bad of a state it would have been noticed during the above mentioned $50 charge. I wish the owner and his staff the best, but I will not be returning as a customer.

Pedro is a genius. I upgraded my 2001 BMW to new LED headlamps, but it took a lot of rewiring and creative thinking to get the job done. Pedro not only made it happen, he left it clean as a whistle. I will continue to go to Euro Plus...

I recently got my oil changed and other maintenance done here, and they were great. The front desk lady, Dylan, was so incredibly helpful, she new exactly what she was talking about, and explained all my options with me. I’ll definitely be coming back

Just because I brought my own parts they did a very shady job, Toll my car there for them to help me get it running, found out it was the alternator, got the price for Labour and parts but I asked for just Labour to go get my parts. They gave me the parts Alternator Battery And coolant to buy which I did and gave to them only for them to charge me $30 to install the battery. But u we’re charging the old one won’t u have installed it like u claim or wasn’t it part of the Labour I paid for? That on the side now the check engine light still on plus my AC takes forever to cool, the coolant container wasn’t locked properly so they spilled coolant all over the can and engine, They didn’t even change the wirings, like if wiring was part of the issue won’t u have included it in the parts for me to get, so u can do ur Labour? for close to $350 Labour fee? I will say this was poorly done I’m not impressed atall And I feel ripped off

Rip offs... Do not trust their work.. all these 5 star reviews are for oil change, transmission service that any mechanic can do.. Try and have them to fix a complicated problem with your car.. .. that i will not recommend that you do. . Your car will break down on you after couple of months.. they used after market part and charged for a dealership part .. they shaved the part so it will fit where it is supposed to fit.. then 5 months later car broke down ..they charged me an arm and a leg for labor and part.. when i confronted them about the fake part, they started making up stuff so they cover their backs . long story short . they will not admit their mistake , they will not refund you. they did not care that i will write bad review..do not trust them.. you have been warned.. if you care for your car and your money go somewhere else.

When I came in with a mirror to my 2017 mustang broken, Pedro immediately gave me a run down of how the new install was going to go and the price estimate. I felt safe knowing that I knew everything that was happening and my car was in good hands. I even went back when I broke the other one not even a week after!!!

Great place to get your car worked on. They have been taking care of my Benz which had issues when I bought it. They trouble shot and helped me get the car back to where it was reliable and running perfectly. If you need reliable mechanic for your Mercedes these guys know their stuff.

I had a 9AM appointment. I was told this place opens at 8AM. I was generally concerned due to number rings to a cell phone. I called ahead and no one answered. Upon my arrival the door was locked and office dark. A lady answered the door and invited me in to a dark office. I expressed my concern about entering a dark office and told by the lady that I could enter or leave. A male turned on the lights and joined her at the door to which I explained that I no longer feel comfortable coming inside or leaving my car. They lady told him if I didn't comfortable coming in, I can leave because clearly they didn't need my money. His only explanation for her behavior was that she was not feeling well. This is the welcome I got trying to support my local businesses. It's sad that the face of this establishment has forgotten the one basic element of customer service. I hope that no one else is treated this way. A clear disappointment and the ownership really needs to consider the people that they allow to encounter their customers.

SCAM! They will take your money and pretend to work on your vehicle. Since taking my vehicle here, I have been having the most issues. Every time o return it they have a different excuse and pretend it’s me. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! They also stole my catalytic converter!!!!

The staff was VERY nice and helpful. They had games to keep my child and I entertained, even though the job was completed quickly and efficiently! The receptionist explained the process very well, and I will definitely be coming back next time I need anything done on my car!

These people woo not lie to you BUT they will not tell you all the true about added charges until you have to pay. They will call you and tell you that "x" service costs a certain amount of money, then they will call you again to tell you that your vehicle needs service "y"(and will not tell you the price of service "y"). When you ask for the total cost, they will ONLY tell you the price of service "y" and not the total of "x+y". When you go to pick up your car knowing you will pay certain total amount BECAUSE THEY TOLD YOU THAT, then they say they gave you partial prices only but never gave you the total, even when you asked them to the total amount. Again, they don't lie, they just give you partial numbers and they will defend their position saying they gave you the total for each partial service performed on your vehicle. Just make sure you confirm the individual prices per service and the total price you will pay when you pick up your vehicle

This has been my go-to place for over a year now. Whenever I have needed anything fixed in my car, Pete and his team are able to get an excellent job done and in a timely manner. Aside from the excellent work they do, I value tremendously the peace of mind I get from knowing I am not getting overcharged. They always walk me through exactly what my car needs and offer solutions that fit the budget.

Took my 2011 bmw 328i for transmission service they changed my fluid and filter within a hour they offer WiFi and tv even a movie and there’s a big window so I watched my service preformed. This is my go to place for any repairs and the prices are reasonable and the work they do is quality. The receptionist is awesome she answered all my questions I wish I could give them more then 5 stars
