The first person I've found that's fair, honest, and knows his sh*t! I see Mercedes and BMW there all the time. I'm sure he can handle just about any European spec and some more! I can highly recommend this place for BMW. I get my F10 M5 serviced here. Eddie's service has been exceptional.

Eddie took great care of my girlfriends vehicle. Her ignition locked up randomly on her VW Jetta over the weekend. I had it towed to a friends shop nearby so that Eddie can look at the following Monday when he was open to have it looked at. He repaired the vehicle and the price for his services we’re definitely fair and I’m very grateful. He went the extra mile to help my girlfriend return her rental so that she didn’t have to walk back. Great guy and a great mechanic. Definitely recommend seeing him for anything!

People go on and on about good service but the owner of this company deserves more than a five star rating he really works with you and ensures that you have a top notch running vehicle. What to say but what a guy Eddie is. I needed a clutch repair on my 2011 Mini Cooper and was shopping around looking for estimates and Eddie was the only person willing to be transparent with an estimate. His estimate was exactly what he charged, he delivered on time, and did a few extra things free of charge. I cannot recommend this man enough. He is a professional through and through and I will be coming to him for all my future repairs big and small! Stay away from that mini dealership on Atlantic and come give Eddie your business. You will be helping a small business man with a great ethic and I'm certain you will be happy with your result!

Eddie gave me a quick diagnosis and a fair price. I ended up needing a more expensive part but figured that would be the case with a custom made vehicle. I was able to get in the next day while every other shop I called was two weeks out. He fixed the car in about two days. The longest part of the process was waiting for the item to ship in, as it took about a week. I will be coming back for my service questions.

Euro Shop is the best service by far in Jacksonville. Especially As Mercedes Specialist he is the best of the best. My G Wagon needed a lot of love and Euro Shop gave her all. Now it is safe and sound and back on the road!

I rarely review any businenesses but this one deserve to get one..Fix my car the same day I called them..He said he do not usually do it but someone did not show up so he accomodated me..He gave me a good price on the parts and labor..less than half what the dealership estimated me..Finally,we found a good mechanic now!Yay!

Took my 1999 SL500 to Euro Shop (reluctantly) because of trust issues with shady mechanics and Technicians but after dealing with Eddie/Owner of Euro shop i am VERY pleased with not only the proficiency and competence but the customer service, pricing and HONESTY were all A1 choice. i would and will recommend this business to anyone in need of excellent foreign car /Mercedes repairs and Maintenance.
