Absolutely amazing. My car died 4 times in 3 months. Nissan fixed one issue at a time and charged me a fortune. My friend recommended Euroasia Tech to me. Omer was great. He went above and beyond. Took the time to figure out the issue, explain it to me and resolve it. I'm going to him from now on.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIR! Vindictive owner who if you don’t agree with his prices will sabotage your vehicle before returning it to you! I will be bringing legal action against them. Next mechanic i had look at my vehicle found sugar in the gas tank and glass scattered throughout the vehicle. Also battery terminals were cut! Unreal and blatant vandalism of property! When confronted with the proof and given the opportunity to make things right me and my wife were threatened with physical violence. I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism! Please steer clear!

My husband has used this shop for the past 15 years and it was tried and true. But my vehicle has been there for 9 months now and have been trying to get ahold of anyone who knows anything about it there for the past few months and we keep getting the run around " owner isn't here call back in one hour, owner isn't here come back". And we've played this game with them of no one knows anything . My vehicle is stuck there with no answer in sight. It is currently July 25th and I brought it to them November 2023.

Absolutely the most fair man in Knoxville when it comes to fixing foreign cars. He is a terrific fellow who really knows his stuff when it comes to foreign imports. Very very reasonable and fast. I won't take mine anywhere else even the dealer.

I am a auto tech for about 40 years I got this car for my 16 years old grand daughter from California and went through the car and did all services after driving cross country car started leaking from upper timing cover which is $20.00 gasket and 1.1 hours of R&R since I did not have any tools with me I had my daughter to take the car to get the leak fix Omar was recommended by my daughter friend so she took the car to Omar and after one week of having the the car there instead of fixing the leak Omar send her a estimate of over $2000.00 repair that the car does not need and $75.00 oil change that I had done two days before she took the car to Omar, none of the the parts that he recommended has any think to do with oil leak .so my daughter when to pick the car up Omar ask for $131.00 for diagnostic that was never asked to be done so my daughter paid it because she was so frustrated with experience .As a auto tech for over 40 years of experience of owning my own shop i feel i need to let people now about this and make you aware of her experience.
