Base off my experience I don’t trust them anymore not even with the smallest things like an oil change. I have at least 4years of experience so I dealt with the changes in management unqualified/ lack of experience & unknowledgeable mechanics overpriced and mishaps on Eurofeds part.

I got a timing belt changed, oil change, and thermostat replaced. The thermostat took longer than expected but the tech made sure it was down right even if it had to be redone (the seal leaked the first time) once before sending it out to me.

I went to this location to get an alignment done on my BMW. Despite there being a problem with the adjustment bolt, the technician took their time to make sure it was done right. The service advisers there are also open to all questions and knowledgable in giving advice.

3 days ago The only capable service technician quit, the other 2 service managers can't get a single repair done properly, not to mention they are encouraged to overbill (and compensates for it). I turn to the GM for help, but it gets worse! Over $11k spent to remedy mechanical, steering, electrical issues and the shop returned the car to me with little to no repair! Absolutely zero of the issues have been fixed, and so I reached out to the GM, who cowardicely makes promises to remedy issues, then ignores emails for weeks...it's been two months!! Given this poor service of a high-performance vehicle, imagine how poorly they will perform on a regular car. They tell me 'I suggest you take this to a dealership' because we can't figure out what's wrong. Yet, they still want me to pay for them to learn and make more mistakes. Why have a GM if they don't resolve issues like this...who is running Eurofed and why is it such a terrible place to work and get your car fixed?! Take your car anywhere but here! Leadership gets a 0 star. Manager Justin is the only one who has tried to help, but due to repeated failed attempts at repair, the shop has proved their incompetence time and time again.

Once again, I had a fantastic experience working with Justin over at Eurofed Chamblee. He went out of his way to ensure the right parts fit my Audi. Drake and team did an excellent job installing and replacing drivebelt, water pump, control arms and oil pan to ensure there were no leaks. The service was fast, the quality of the work was top-notch. As always, I appreciate the clear communication throughout the process and that these folks do not try to upsell unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend you visit them as all their work is backed up by a warrantee. I will continue to service my vehicles here, thanks for the reliable and trustworthy service.

Recently purchased an Alfa Romeo and took it to Eurofed for service and I have to say this guys are awesome, my representative Tyler was very knowledgeable and transparent with what needed to be done to the car. I will definitely keep on taking my car to Eurofed.

Since moving to Atlanta - I compared various shops to service my two MBenz. I usually compare my MB dealerships / price and customer service and I believe that Eurofed has exceeded my expectations. Justin is an excellent representative for Eurofed and above all is someone that acts with integrity and will provide recommendations and guidance that I can trust. Keep up the good work

"I had a very disappointing experience with Eurofed. Not only were their prices extremely high, but the quality of service was far from what I expected. They actually broke my front car door during service, kept my car for two days, and still didn’t fix the issue. After repeated attempts to get it resolved, I'm left feeling frustrated and disappointed. It's frustrating to pay a premium and not get a good outcome, especially when they don’t seem to take responsibility for their mistakes. I wouldn’t recommend Eurofed if you’re looking for quality service, fair pricing, or timely repairs."

I was recommended this work shop through our warranty company , I took my vehicle there due to my horn not working, I was greeted by a young gentleman who spoke like he new what he was talking about and told me they need to take a look at the car for a diagnostic, he called me later that afternoon to tell me the issue, I told him I should be covered for this repair. He called me back & told me my warranty was not going to cover it, because the car has wire issues but they can fix it if I pay out of pocket. I told him to go ahead and fix it. 2 days later the horn stopped working again, I returned to Eurofed and spoke with the manager Justin. He took a look at my notes and immediately discovered that we over paid & the problem not the fuse. Justin & I spent several days speaking with the adjuster from Endurance who only wanted to refer to the original notes from the Eurofed employee, which was totally incorrect. It took several days and hours from myself & Justin going back and forth with information & images trying to prove that the was not wiring issues. It was very frustrating and painful to try & rectify notes because of an incompetent member of staff. Thanks to Justin who stayed persistent & on this case. We walked away with our horn working and covered by our warranty. Thanks again Justin !!

The guys at Eurofed were very helpful giving me a very accurate estimate. The work was done in a couple of days. Had a new exhaust system and new lowering springs installed. Everything was done very professionally and I highly recommend them! Thanks to Dylan and the Eurofed Team for their help!

Eurofed has been working my 2008 Porsche Cayenne for a while now and I have never been disappointed in they work ethic and dedication to the customer. Justin has been particularly awesome! He communiticate frequently and is very transparent with what is needed and what can wait for your next service. Justin's willingness to be supportive when you have an accident or car problems helps you not stress as hard. I will not go to another shop for my car.

EuroFed is the only place I will take my car to get worked on. JUSTIN is the man. Him and his team get me right every time something goes wrong with my car and they make sure not to look over the small details such as warranties on parts to try to save me money where they can. I can't recommend them more highly!

Eurofed has been amazing for me. I've been bringing my V70 to them for almost 4 years now for simple things sush as basic maintenance to the eventual rebuild of the whole car. For those who understand, not a lot of mechanics are willing to dive into one like Eurofed. Justin, who manages the Eurofed in Chamblee, handled everything expertly and with great care and attention to detail. He, and others who work with him, have been critical to how beautiful my car has turned out.

In my opinion they did a better job inspecting my car than the dealership. I had just picked my car up from the dealership for my check engine light being on. They did a thorough inspection on my vehicle. I’m really happy with my car.

Its hard to find people and a shop who truly understand cars, have empathy, treats people with the uptmost respect, and all the whole, not ripping you off. I have partnered with Justin and Eurofed on all of my custom projects, all stage 2 or 3 projects, pushing each car to the max. At the same time, it's the go to place for general maintenance and services in which you get real answers about real issues about your vehicle. Example, Audi told me our S7 needed a transmission replacement @ nearly $20k. I called their bluff and told them off. Partnered with Justin, we both agreed, clutch packs, pulled the clutch packs, sent them to SSP for rebuild, popped those things back in and viola, perfectly running S7 @ 1/4 the price. I know cars really well, and having a partner at Eurofed like Justin, finding cars that need to be saved and rebuild at a fraction of the cost used or new has been a super fun experience. People and my kids are buying Euro cars and working with Justin and Eurofed because of my long term experience.

Our family has been working with Justin since he was at the Alpharetta location. He has worked on several of our families cars including our son's Volvo v70, our daughter's porsche cayenne, my husband's Q7, and my S7. He knows how much our vehicles mean to us and that we are also very knowledgeable about vehicles. I don't trust anyone else with my S7. Thank you Justin for always taking care of us over the years.
