I took my bmw 328i over to the guys at the new ayrsley location and they treated me very well and didn't try to take advantage of me being a female. They handled my issues with my car so I could get through inspection . I highly recommend Stewart and Sergio. They were very helpful with showing me the issues at hand and getting my car fixed. Than you guys

Make sure you shop around. ! am very disappointed in this company. My husband has been driving a BMW for as long as I've known him and that is 35 years. Every car he has ever owned has been a BMW and not once in our lifetime together has a BMW oil change been $200, $221 to be exact. That is astronomically ridiculous. BMW dealerships don't even charge $200 for an oil change. This will be the only time and last time that I will do business with Eurofed? He was so excited that there was a European car maintenance place close to home. We'll beck to our old place. Sorry not sorry, and thank but no thanks!

Eurofed is the best hands down. I’ve been going to Eurofed since I stayed in Charlotte. Eurofed has the best customer service and always go above and beyond, and less not forget about the reasonable prices. I definitely recommend Eurofed.

I’ve gone a couple different eurofeds to have my car (B8.5 audi a4) worked on for the last 35k miles and have been going to this one for the past year to get my work done. They do the work as performed, but their pricing is no longer as attractive as it was when I first started going. They charged about $8 more for the oil than the price at autozone, which is disappointing given the volume discount they likely have. Definitely bring your own oil if you can. They tried to upsell me on the air cabin filters replacements for $120 which costs $20 online and takes 10 minutes to do yourself. Rear brakes and rotors were $1123, about what you would expect from the dealership, maybe slightly cheaper. Spark plugs were $400 total. Oil change was $150. Their prices aren’t outrageous, but it used to feel like a bunch of car guys working on your car and letting you know exactly what the services and prices would be. Now it feels like more of a buyer beware situation. The guys were friendly, and I would definitely recommend them for tuning and performance, but the routine maintenance is just not as good of a value as it once was. They are definitely capable mechanics and have the skills to take care of your vehicle, their labor prices could be better though.

They are always very professional, and they advise you if what repairs are needed. They also will let you know what repairs are priority. I appreciate there honesty. They have worked on my cars for over 5 years and they have maintained both my Mercedes and I continue to refer them to everyone. If you are looking for someone to service your car I would suggest you try them. They really care about making sure your car is maintained and they are very patient. I am big on customer service and they have always give me great customer service. Thank you Michael and Logan for your awesome customer service.

Did an oil change and an inspection on my Giulia Quadrifoglio, they were very kind and attentive. Most importantly, my car was clean and treated with care, and was stored inside overnight since I wasn’t available to retrieve it that same day.

Eurofed came highly recommended by the dealership for a routine service. The price of the service was about half as much at Eurofed. While waiting for my vehicle and chatting in the phone with my friend on a public bench a bit down the road (maybe a quarter mile), I encountered a young gentleman whose car battery had died in a nearby parking lot. We were debating options (would cost just as much for roadside as to buy a new battery as we couldn’t find anyone to help jump). Well, Eurofed tech so kindly helped to jump his car with a power pack as a Good Samaritan. Thank you for outstanding service on my vehicle and to the young gentleman I met that day!!! Y’all are amazing, a good value, and very kind-hearted! 100% recommend!

I'm very pleased with the service and knowledge of Eurofeds staff and technicians. I had been going to Mercedes Benz dealership on N. Polk road to get my car serviced over the years and have increasingly been unsatisfied with the service advisory who tries hard to up sale just about everytime I go and its just unpleasant to know I'm not getting the same service I once did so I decided to take my business and vehicles ( Benz and Alpina) elsewhere (Eurofed). I was told by Benz dealership on N. Polk that I needed a new transmission just because I had rough shifting. Mind you that I took it in for some vibration in the rear of the vehicle. I take it to Eurofed and all I needed was a transmission service done on it. Now my transmission is in normal working order. Didn't need a new transmission like South Mercedes Benz dealership said I did. 600 dollars compared to 9000 is a big difference. I recommend NEVER to go to Mercedes Benz of South Charlotte if you are on a budget or don't want some advisors getting over on you or want to keep their hands in your pocket. Eurofed is and will be the place for me and my vehicles from here on out because of their knowledge honesty and great customer service they have provided me with in such a timely fashion as well. Thanks Eurofed I'm very pleased with you guys and how you treated me through a troubling time.

When I go to get my cars fixed, I’m not nervous cause I know they’re gonna do exactly what I asked him to do and if there’s any other problems going on, they’ll tell me about it. They are the best.

I took my Mini Cooper in for diagnosis and repair of a coolant leak. They took care of the problem and also replaced a leaking oil pan gasket which they had identified on a previous service visit. They explained the necessary work and did a thorough job on the repairs.
