Excellent automotive and customer service was rendered during my visit to Eurofed Decatur. I needed a second opinion on a repair quote I received on my Benz E 350. The service rep Mike was super helpful over the phone and was able to schedule me in same week. The repair timeline I was given was very accurate. And I like that they let you bring in your own parts to have them install it if you have a preference. Mike and Carrey were very communicative throughout the entire process as I had several follow up questions. They never rushed me off the phone and really took the time to answer my questions about the details of the repair. Just a great group of down to earth guys trying to help ya get back on the road was my read. I would return to have my vehicle serviced for sure 👍🏾.

Listen this place was amazing! I drive a new bmw and the dealership was giving me warranty problems. I find this place, they were very professional, had no hidden fees, fixed my car in 2 days, I thought going to bmw was top notch no eurofed in Decatur is the only place I'll ever go again!

My Audi A6 notification popped up that I needed to add a quart of oil. The repair shop that I normally take my car to was closed for the holidays. I called Eurofed and Michael stated that although they were short staffed due to the holidays, they would fit me in. Thanks Michael and Cary for providing exceptional quality car service and customer service at such short notice!! I am excited to be a new customer!

Took my passat tdi in for a heater core replacement and Carey and eurofed were great. Some unforeseen things came up but Carey made sure to make things right. Glad I found a place for my car!

Went in for an oil change and Michael went to move my car. He comes back in the office and asks.... Did you notice your car was having trouble starting? I responded.. No. He says... I am going to have your battery checked while you're here. Sure enough... the battery needed to be replaced. I am so grateful he had the knowledge to sense something was wrong. You know they say... "The apple doesn't fall far from the tree" and in this case it doesn't. Michael is the son of Carey who I normally work with at Eurofed, but he was off that day when I drop off my car. Thank Eurofed for another great experience!

I LOVE Eurofed Decatur!!! I’ve been going to their shop for about a year now, and they’re all so knowledgeable and kind. Shout out to Carey who’s helped me so much with my car, and explains everything so well. I know I’ll always be taken care of when bringing my car in. Highly recommend you take your car to Eurofed. They’re professional, knowledgeable, and fast with repairs. I’ll miss them now that I’ve moved out west.
