Never coming in here again! Left my car there, had to call myself to get an update. It was finished since Friday, they claimed they called on Friday, but I checked my call log and I never recieved a call. Apparently, the battery was the issue, so they suggested I exchange my old one for a new battery which I did. I dropped off the battery and they told me it needed to be coated, and that was the only problem. So he charged me 180 for the diagnosis, and the rest was to install the battery and coat it; which came out to a total of a whopping 460 dollars. This utterly absurd. I could've gotten autozone to do it for much less or even for free. What a bunch of scammers, I won't be back.

These guys are the best in this business. I have been taking my aging European cars to them in the last few years. They do everything well even if I do not get all the recommended services done that day, they give me valuable estimate and clarity around what the long term issues could be.

This company is amazing. I have a 2014 Audi Q5 TDI 3.0 they’ve done my injectors fuel system and reprogramming the done my steering power rack and pinion. I’ve done my air conditioning professional they know exactly how to fix your vehicle would highly recommend better than any of the dealers in North Florida

Cody is the man! Needed to get my GL350 ECU sent off to Malone Tuning in Canada and he was able to accommodate my request for expedited shipping both ways. Went above and beyond to ensure I received it timely by keeping me updated with tracking. Will definitely come back.

EuroFed was an answer to prayers. Fields Mercedes in Jacksonville has been servicing our car for five years. It’s been five years of disappointment. Finally found EuroFed! They did all our service and repair at a fraction of the cost and the workmanship was excellent. Customer service is wonderful!.! Cody was a gem to work with. I took my Mercedes CLK 430 for some much needed repairs. Both Matt and Cody were extremely familiar with the Mercedes line, and fixed my car without any problems or price differences. I’m happy with their professionalism and highly recommend EUROFED as after extensive research on Google, they were the best I found in a 300 mile radius. I’d give one million stars if allowed.

This was my 1st experience with Eurofed but will definitely not be my last. The team is professional, straightforward, and the office is clean. The team did not try to 'upsell' me at all- I wish my dealer maintenance contract had ended sooner so I could have used Eurofed earlier! They went thru what I will need to do to maintain my vehicle for the long haul (rather than have motivation for me to trade it in for a new model). Thanks Eurofed- see you next time!

Matt as always did a great job with both of my vehicles (Boxster and Macon). The dealer fixed a warranty issue on my Boxster about 8 months prior to my service visit with Eurofed and recently there was a faint oil burning smell coming from the vehicle. Matt had his techs take a look while servicing and discovered a bolt had come slightly loose. A quick turn of the wrench and the problem was cured and saved me a dreaded trip back to the dealer. Point is he goes above and beyond and that it why I have trusted him for the last few years to do all my vehicle servicing.

They did a flawless job and it was quick but I take off a few stars because I was told “we work with warranty companies directly and usually find something wrong during the inspection that they’ll cover”. That wasn’t the case and apparently they didn’t find anything wrong.. which wasn’t true cause my car had many readily apparent issues that needed to be fixed but they didn’t “find anything.” I was also a bit annoyed I was told I’d have to pay for my whole repair that I went in for out of pocket because “the warranty company wouldn’t cover it “but I insisted on having the advisor call the company to check… he hesitated but called and it turned out.. they did cover my issue.. had I not insisted or said anything. I would be short $400 I didn’t need to spend. You guys do good work but that experience I had plus $175 for an oil change the dealer would do for $99.. I don’t have much of reason to go back and didn’t expect much from an auto repair facility that used to be an old JD Byrider dealership.

They did the brakes on my wife's vw Taos and did a great job. Also helped me out with fixing my Alfa and it is running like it's brand-new. Definitely will come back if there's anything else I need that I don't want to deal with
