My Mini Cooper S was in bad shape, he needed a lot of work and the folks at Euromotion, kept me informed through out the large amount of work that had to be done. They were professional and friendly and well informed. After picking my car up they called to check on the service and operation of the vehicle. My car is running like new and I couldn't be happier! Thanks to all!

We had our Audi A7 serviced at Euromotion this week and received impeccable customer service and care! The technicians were thorough and explained our repair options in great detail. The service report provided was easy to understand and price for our repair was reasonable. We are thrilled to have found an honest and reputable service provider and definitely will be returning for scheduled maintenance! 10/10 and highly recommend!!!

I was very happy with their professionalism, their knowledge and their service. They were honest and helpful. I will continue to go to them for all my Audi’s needs even though it’s not as close to me a many other auto shops.

Fabi, Rudy, & Jacob made an extremely stressful situation easier. My 2013 VW Tiguan was towed in to the shop and I wasn’t sure what was going on. Fabi & Rudy’s professionalism immediately made me feel more comfortable. They were both kind and knowledgeable. Jacob was incredible. He took time to speak with me directly, shared experiences with his own vehicles. Incredibly honest and easy to talk to. He also saved me a few bucks. Amazing experience. Thanks again, Fellas!

I’ve taken 2 cars to Euromotion. I find them to be fair, really friendly, and thorough. They have replaced a transmission in my VW and a range of maintenance on my Volvo. I trust them to do great work and plan to be back!

The guys at Euromotion have done work on 2 of my cars. They are honest and do great work. On one of my cars they saved me a lot of money versus what the dealer suggested be done. To me it's the only place to get service for exotic cars or otherwise. Thanks guys

This shop is great! After 10 months of multiple other shops not being able to fix my Jaguar F-type, Euromotion fixed it within a week! So happy to have my car back! Euromotion will be my first call for all future automotive needs!

Matt , Fabi , Rudy and Jacob are more than just great people they are family. They are honest , Transparent and very trustworthy. I have had them keep my Range Rover Sport on point for the last two years from simple service to coolant leaks. Euromotion always over delivers and goes out of their way for me…VERY blessed to have such an amazing team by my side. They have made owning a Range Rover worth it when the dealer has failed me MULTIPLE times. I’d give Euromotion 10+ stars if i could…if you own a rover these are your guys no questions asked..BEST IN THE BUSINESS

Well, I have been a mechanic from 1996 and know this business. well. Especially European cars, because that's what is specialize in. I needed a air ride calibration for a jag xj8, with all new shocks , compressor, and valve block in rear. My SDD software was on my broken computer and I needed a shop to do a calibration, They did take the car in quickly, but when I went to pick it up they wanted to charge me more than double the price quote, without any phone calls. But they did stick to the quote price. I know how it is because I get paid for book time and not the time it takes to do the job,, I win and loose all the time that is the business. When I dropped the car off it was level and one code for no calibration. After there calibration the car is low in rear and to high in front after there calibration. This is from wrong info into computer. If this was my job I would not let that car go uneven and sagging in the rear. They seen the ride height and said nothing about it. In my shop if I had to put more time on it I would because my reputation is more important. They said they would look at it again , days went by and I didn't get a call. When I called he said it was ready and I can come get it. When I got there and it looks like the car was in same spot when I dropped it off, same ride height. The manager said there calibration is right and they can charge me to find out why. And said "we don't give hand outs for free,, you know." I asked for the manager and he said he was him.. Now I have to pay again to Jag to do a proper calibration. Bad business There labor rate at 190 something an hour I expected more.

I can't even begin to express my gratitude for the team at EuroMotion in just a single review. I randomly chose them to perform an oil change on my Audi TT-S, since scheduling appointments at the Audi Raleigh dealership is a nightmare. During their courtesy inspection, Fabi and Jacob uncovered a slew of potential issues with my engine that had been neglected by Audi Raleigh, even though that service department had my car for almost a full month (04/30-05/28) repairing some warranty work. They took me out to my car, popped the hood and thoroughly walked me through what they were seeing. This is something that has never happened at any dealership. The EuroMotion fellas said it the best, "We're just guys that love cars, and want to see these beautiful machines stay on the road." Obviously, they are a business, and need money for continued growth, but it's clear their overall passion for cars and driving is what motivates them daily, unlike a lot of the technicians at the big dealerships. I decided to go ahead and have these *new* issues resolved, and EuroMotion was incredible at working around my schedule, getting my car in quickly, and ensuring they had every part necessary before I dropped it off with them. My car was back in 1.5 days, and the engine performance was next-level! Like, better than brand new... I have several friends that also drive European cars, and have recommended they go nowhere else, other than EuroMotion for any servicing needs. These guys will get ALLLLLL my business from now on.

All of the employees were straightforward and friendly. I called and got an estimate for repairs, and they honored that estimate when I brought my vehicle in. They repaired my Mercedes for several tricky replacement parts at around half the price of the Mercedes dealership.

Always love working with these guys. As the owner of 2 older Land Rovers, I’ve visited Euromotion more than most, and these folks always shoot me straight, deliver on their timelines, and tell me things I don’t need to do, rather than just loading up on things I “should” do.

Amazing experience with everyone involved at Euromotion after disastrous experiences at other mechanics and car-related trauma kept me from servicing my VW for far too long. If you are as ignorant about all things automotive as I am (or even if you are not, though I can't speak to that!) and need a place that will be honest, trustworthy and empathetic, look no further. Euromotion listened to my rambling attempts to describe the problem with my car, patiently explained basic concepts without making me feel belittled, and saved me from having to buy a new car I didn't really want. Now I can keep my beloved beetle and am free from car anxiety! That alone is priceless, but I also believe that the same service would have cost me much more elsewhere. This is the review I wish I could have read when I was struggling with my vehicle, so I hope it will help someone in a similar position. I am very thankful to have found what I intend to be my only stop for auto services in the future!

Hi: staff are awesome and very friendly. I like this team because you can steak to any of the service guys and they all will have the same advise. Response to the Owner: my daughter took it in. We bought her the car, and it's her responsibility to take care of it. I was VERY disappointed to hear how you've treated her thus far. We've since taken it to another shop. Someone at your shop used a double washer after changing the oil and it caused the leak. They diagnosed that for free. I suppose if it wasn't a 20 year old girl you were dealing with, you'd have been more responsive and accommodating of fixing the mistake your shop made. Original review: They did an oil change on my daughter's Audi and it's been leaking oil since. They wanted to charge me another $200 just to diagnose it. Scam artists.

I moved here from out of state and needed a trusted shop that specializes in European cars I have a FBO B8 S4 and the staff is knowledgeable and honest happy I came across Euromotion and worked with Fabi. If you have European or German cars you’re worried about taking to an ordinary or any shop I highly recommend them gives you peace of mind!

My daughters mini Cooper needed some aftermarket LED lights installed on it. Which I did not feel comfortable doing by myself. The shop not only installed it, but it looks flawless very satisfied as always with this shop.
