European and Domestic Auto Care deceived me. I initially brought my car to them due to high oil consumption. They claimed to be familiar with this issue, stating they handled it regularly. After an inspection, they quoted $1,500 for the repair. I called to ask if they had found any other issues and whether I should consider selling the car or proceed with the repair. I specifically requested their expert opinion, as they said they’d used a camera to inspect the engine. They assured me the engine was in good condition and that replacing some seals would resolve the problem. I approved the $1,500 quote, only for them to later raise it to $2,000, claiming they’d forgotten a few parts. I accepted the revised price. However, after driving just 400 miles post-repair, the oil level alarm came on again, proving the issue was not fixed. I returned to European and Domestic Auto Care, leaving my car with them, and soon received a message stating the engine was now compromised. They claimed the piston was worn out and unable to hold the engine. Somehow, they identified this within minutes — yet missed it during the original inspection with a camera. They took advantage of me. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I have been going to EDAC for over 2 years. They have serviced my BMW X5 and done an outstanding job in providing quality service at a fair price. I have worked with Eli, the Manager and the owner. They both have provided service beyond the call of duty. They are customer advocates and provide honest and knowledgable answers when advising on the best approach to address all service needs. Without hesitation, I highly recommend EDAC to all people looking for quality service, honest service advice all at a very fair and competitive price. I rate them 5 star!

Eli and Company quickly diagnosed and repaired numerous small vacuum leaks in our Dodge Caravan. Small leaks add up- and ‘limp mode’ is the final result. All is well again and we are on our way back to CT. This friendly shop is a real asset for Atlanta motorists. Grateful, John and Kate.

The team does such a great job to understand the overall health of the vehicle and provide options for addressing areas of concern, not just the specific item of the day. There’s no hard-sell, just a thoughtful walkthrough based on relative criticality, sequencing and value. They take responsibility for delivering on their timeline commitments and the communication is very proactive.

Everyone at the European and Domestic auto care is caring and professional! There are a few key things I look for at a car mechanic. 1 listens to the customer always, 2 is not pushy what needs to get done, if it is safety they will let you know about it. 3 the employees are genuine people who likes their profession and cares about getting the job done for the customer and also makes sure the quality is up to standards. I have recommended European & Domestic auto care to my friends at work and family.

These guys are the real deal. Honest, fair, communicative and polite. They really put the customer’s safety and needs first before their pockets. As a single female, it’s especially comforting to come to a place you know you can trust. They are my new go-to repair shop.

If you are looking for a thorough and honest car repair look no further than European and Domestic Care. When my Audi Q5 has the engine warning on I had no idea where to start. They did a thorough job of analyzing the issue and sending me timely updates. They got the work done in a reasonable amount of time with a fair cost. I was very happy with the work. I can’t say enough GOOD things about this AMAZING place - honest, reliable, affordable, detail oriented…. The humans that work here are a blessing to me and my dogs. I was stranded in Atlanta with two pups. Not only did this place help me get back home, but they saved me more than $4,300 to fix my European transportation device.

Excellent service every time I bring my car in. The staff are compassionate, kind and always have a positive attitude. They go the extra mile in teaching me proper car maintenance and explaining things to me patiently. Their pricing is fair and they are very honest in the way they do business. I am always impressed by their professionalism and even though I have moved farther away, the quality of their service is exemplary and I would not choose any other auto shop to service my car in Atlanta.

Great Afternoon, this is my 4th time having service done to my 2011 E350 Mercedes. Today I came in for B service and the service was Amazing. They checked everything on my car and kept me informed. I bought a battery from them last August and it was a bad one so they replaced it free of charge today. They carefully checked all my concerns and assured me all is well. The lobby is clean and very calm. I'm a anxious person but I felt very calm and peaceful while I waited. I was there for 4 hours and it didn't seem like it. The front desk Gentlemen were very kind and offered me encouragement and assurance just about life. I had an Amazing experience. The cost was reasonable, much cheaper than the Mercedes dealership. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here. Darren is calm and gentle speaking and he made me feel so very comfortable. Thank you European and Domestic car care.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! I cannot thank everyone here at European and Domestic Auto Care enough for how they helped my mother out today. My mom (who isn’t great with technology which is why I am leaving the review on her behalf) is new to the Atlanta area and is driving a rental car and had a problem with it that needed immediate attention. She pulled into the nearest auto care place, which was this wonderful establishment, and they not only fixed the situation immediately, they were also kind, friendly and incredibly helpful in every way. I cannot thank you enough for taking such good care of my mom. I will be telling everyone in this area that if they need auto care, they should go to you guys. Thank you so so much!

Daniel was my life saver I had a stripped bolt on my trunk I could not get out! Went to 5 shops and they kept giving me the run around! He got the bolts out in 10 max!!!! Definitely great service! Will bring all my cars here just for that great customer service!!!

The epitome of good humans! My car broke down in the intersection near this service center and the team quickly jumped to action to get my car out of the road & made sure I was safe. They offered me respite in their waiting area until I could get situated. I am so grateful to them!

Wow. Wow. Wow. We developed a serious engine issue while going through Atlanta around 4:00 pm---just at the start of the 5:00 rush hour. We searched for Merc Benz mechanic service and found these guys nearby and saw that they closed at 6:00 pm. We s..p..u..t..t..e..r..e..d there and were treated like we had pulled into the pit area. They scanned, found the problem, discussed, and made a decision to try a part that was not a perfect replacement. It worked (perfectly) , we continued our trip, and they proved themselves to be excellent. I highly recommend this shop. Very Highly. Professionals through and through. Thank You E&DAC.

I took my car here for service A . I originally booked because the price was lower than the Benz place and a lot of ppl say u get what u pay for. In this instance I don’t think that applied. The gentlemen that work here were so nice and accommodating. They let me know what else needed to be done but u know how u can tell if someone is just trying to milk you? Yea not them. He explained it it was urgently needed or if it could wait. They also monitored the issues and send updates on this repairs that were needed! It’s clean, Eli is so very nice and welcoming. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else or trust anyone with my services. If you’re a single lady and don’t want to get finessed then this is your place.

My go to spot for work on my BMW. Super friendly, (Eli’s the best). Also, they are honest and transparent, which is important when you get work done on a luxury car. They even took me out to look at my car while it was lifted to explain what they were planning on replacing. They walked me through the impact of the fix, why it should be done, and how long I should wait if I didn't want to do to right then and there. Also much better priced than the last place I went to as well. Highly recommend!!
