Absolutely amazing service, the inside of the shop is very clean and neat. When I got my audi back they left it with tire shine, cleaned the break dust, vacuumed the floor mats and cleaned the exterior. They supplied pictures with every issue they found so you know they aren’t trying to get into your wallet. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with a German or European car.

My BMW started overheating on Tuesday evening (right before Thanksgiving) and EAG was willing and able to start working on the repairs, though their schedule was already full when I called Wednesday morning. The guys did a great job replacing the water pump and radiator.

Took my Land Rover LR4 To have the tie rods replaced and tire rotation. There was supposed to be an alignment done as well (was on the receipt I was given) I was charged $200 for an alignment I did not receive. I attached the New alignment photo I had to get from a competitor, to drive the car after repeated attempts to text Collin at EAG about the offset steering wheel etc. I looked under the car at the new tie rods after it drove so bad, and found the singe bolt on the passenger side tie rod, not even hand tight. I think EAG should refund me for the alignment they did not do on my car. Pictures showing before and after of the alignment. Pretty clear they threw parts on the car and sent me on my way. Probably because they hate Land Rovers. Still no way to treat a good customer. I won’t be taking my Daughters BMW there either. Collin, Call me if you want to make this right. Very positive experience. This was my initial visit with my 2015 Audi A5 Cabriolet and they didn't disappoint. Oil and Filter change, tire rotation and brake flush all at a reasonable price. Allie explained everything that was done, gave me a printout with prices of the future maintenance items I should consider, and all was completed while I waited. The facility is large, easy to get to, and first rate. I would highly recommend. I'll be going back.

Collin and his team completed a pre-purchase inspection for me during an out of state vehicle purchase. The team was easy to work with and fit me into their schedule in an incredibly timely fashion. You can tell they love cars and truly have a passion for their work along with the industry knowledge to support the process. While I have not had any in depth mechanical work completed, they came highly recommended from local residents who have worked with them extensively.

After multiple calls and quotes for repairs for my European vehicle would not recommend this place. Service was ok, but expect to pay dealer prices. Vehicle was NOT treated with the care and fínese expected with these prices. Not even a paper mat was place to protect my vehicle and seems the windows/door were left open and had grass debris all over my vehicle. Went for a simple request since I knew what I needed (I do all repairs to my vehicle and know what’s wrong), but somehow ended up with a large/inflated quote with other items I didn’t need. Long story short and wasting days in this process of quoting I ended up going to Kadunza and they provided me a more than fair quote with much better service. Will not do business with European garage.

Collin and his team are on a whole different level when it comes to the European car game . Their diagnostic and inspection process is extremely thorough and detailed . The repairs they made on my bmw were reasonably priced and very well done. If you are going to purchase a used BMW or any euro car for that matter I strongly suggest you spend a couple bucks and have these guys do a pre purchase inspection on it . It could save you thousands in the long run . The report they prepare for you leaves absolutely nothing to question.

Excellent service. They take good care of my car, without trying to upsell unnecessary extras. Every time I take my car to the dealership, it "needs" $4k worth of repairs. Here they do what is needed and make recommendations for helpful vs. needed repairs. The right balance of skilled work and good value.

Leading up to my appointment I had driven by, seen cars boasting the EAG logo, read reviews, etc... I spoke with Colin prior to my appointment and explained I was having an intermittent issue that I wanted to have them diagnose. As a service advisor myself I was very appreciative of Colin's thorough communication and friendliness. After a day they were not able to duplicate the issue which I suspected, I came by and was able to get the car to act up - which is no problem, I love to help in situations like that. Once the was evident Colin and 3 technicians came out and we all huddled around the car looking for areas of concern. I left them to it as this is what I brought the car to them for. Later that day I got a call and was told that my car was “too heavily modified” to have the work done there and that I would need to take it to a performance shop to have any repair work done. My car has a stage 2 tune with flex fuel to accept e85 (a cheaper alternative to 93 in this economy that happens to give performance gains) a charge pipe, down-pipe, fresh air intake inlet, gen. 2 OEM high pressure fuel pump and an air filter. If there are cars going around racetracks, your promoting a racetrack in development and you have your logo on the side of cars that are more heavily modified than my own - then why refuse to work on it? I was hoping to use EAG as my go-to for repairs on this car as I have trust issues with some other facilities and I thought seeing the cars that I’ve seen and the very impressive background of the owner Mr. DeFrancisco - not to mention the articles he’s featured in. I guess not, which I am extremely disappointed with. Maybe consider taking Motorsports off the aign?

Bought a used Audi Q7 and this was my first experience at EAG for an oil change. Called them on Tuesday afternoon to schedule for oil change and got an appointment Wednesday morning. People were professional and friendly, as well as very helpful. Looking forward to working with EAG for any/all future maintenance on this vehicle.

So I went in for a turbo change. One. They didn’t replace it properly and VW had to fix the job I paid for. Two. They broke multiple parts claiming it was a coincidence. Three. What they wanted to charge me for one brake line replacement (that they broke) VW fixed 5 parts that were miraculously broken after they did there inspection. I recommend just going to the dealer. Four. When asked if they had my parts that they removed and didn’t put on I didn’t get a response. Overall this is the worst shop I’ve ever walked into. I grew up in a garage and know things about vehicles and they wanted to act like I was stupid and even stated I didn’t know anything.
