I brought my car to change the bad speed sensors. They are very professional. From my first phone call to pick up my car, everyone in JSB Autoworks was friendly. I had a great experience with JSB when I brought my car in for minor repairs. Other shops gave me inflated quotes, but Chris and Michelle were upfront, honest, and incredibly helpful from the start. Their service was top-notch, and at no point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. I highly recommend them—100% satisfied!

I am happy to say we have FINALLY found a mechanic shop we trust! From beginning to end JSB made us feel at home and that we are in good hands. Michelle was very helpful, knowledgeable and very kind. Chris was honest with us and told us exactly what was wrong with my husband's Alfa Romero Guilia. He definitely hit it on the nail, when he mention3d we needed to change the 6 relays. The car runs smooth with no issues starting or anything. He truly helped us a lot in this process in many ways and we are greatful for that. I will recommend this shop with my eyes closed. I can't wait to take my vehicle there to be checked and serviced. Thank you sooooo much JSB, Michelle and Chris 🙏🏼

I had an absolutely AMAZING experience at JSB Autoworks. They flawlessly repaired my Mercedes and in great time. The service here is unparalleled ; they are very skilled in working with luxury cars and I find their pricing to be very fair , especially considering exorbitant dealership repair quotes nowadays. Big shout out to Chris (main repair person I worked with) and Michelle. Hopefully I won’t have any repairs needed again anytime soon, but the next time I do, I will be coming here!! They have gained my trust and my business. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Great for auto repair. Prompt concise service. Staff helpful Knowledgeable and responsive. They use an online service that allows you to accept or deny recommended services and pay online if you’re busy. Came in for a damaged sensor in the evening was repaired by the following afternoon.

I’ve gone to JSB on multiple occasions. Got recommended them when I first moved to Miami and haven’t even thought of looking for another repair/autobody/auto-service shop. Great work everytime, great crew. 100% satisfied and definitely recommend.

Being from out of town, I am obviously concerned about using a shop I am unfamiliar with. However JSB provided superior service and a competitive cost with no issues at all. They were courteous and professional in all respects. I will not hesitate to use them again if need be.

Job done well. Gave a good price and fixed some extra stuff they found that was in need of fixing. Paint matched perfectly and very happy with the work done.these are two different crashes before and after, after the frustration of neither of them being my fault, I’m glad JSB took care of me and has my looking as if it never happened ! They also communicate fast with insurances and make sure they approve what needs to be done, without you having to do little to nothing. Defiantly can rely on them. Michelle was a great help and Jackie as well when she would answer the phone. Michele’s brother is also very nice and attends well. THANK YOU JSB

Great customer service, they inform you about everything they’re doing every step of the way. They include pictures of the progress of your car. Staff and front office are amazing. I’m very lucky that I found JSB, and will be taking all my business there

I couldn’t recommend JSB enough. Ive used JSB Autoworks to replace my battery in my Mercedes, and in the past for a service. As I was leaving on my second visit, I had a random part left in my trunk from a different shop that replaced a flat tire I had. I casually asked what it was, and JR (the owner) not only explained to me what the piece was, but took my spare tire out, correctly rearranged everything that the previous shop did wrong, and explained to me the entire time what every piece did and where they go. I’m the type of person who is usually mistrustful of auto shops and does not know a ton about cars. I’ve also never left a review for anything. But the service I got was 1000% of what I expected and deserves recognition. Not only did the above experience happen, but JR then took me on a complete tour of his shop when I casually mentioned that I was interested in cars. I couldn’t believe the passion and attention to detail the entire team at JSB has when it comes to working on cars. If you care about your car, I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Miami. They are the best.
