European Auto Service, located at 3773 S.W. 40th Street, is the best car mechanic repair shop, I have ever been to! Their diagnosis, of what was wrong with my BMW SUV, was on point! John, is very honest, reliable, and efficient, and is accompanied by awesome, dynamite, mechanics, who deliver the goods correctly! This made my day a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this business to all!

Simply put this is the best European auto service in Miami, Florida. After accidentally running over a speed bump in Coral Gables, FL the left side of the engine shield started to fall on my car. Unsure of whether the problem was minimal or drastic I was filled with dread while hearing the scraping along the Miami roads. After a disappointing experience at the Volkswagen dealership a couple of blocks up, where I was told that the next available appointment was not until the following week, I was desperate for a solution. Moreover, I was scared that I had caused irreparable damage to my car. After another disappointing encounter with AutoZone, I looked up and saw European Auto Service Center. Once I walked through the door, the man at the desk took pity upon me and agreed to fit me into their busy schedule. While waiting, several employees came out and assured me my car was fine and that there was a simple solution to my problem. Additionally, they cracked a couple a jokes about the heat that helped me feel relieved about my only mode of transportation was fine. Furthermore, one of the mechanics took time out his busy schedule to explain to my father what repairs they made to my car. I was assured that the repairs made should be sufficient and there is no need to spend additional money on other repairs. The mechanic charged me a meager sum that is unheard of in todays economic inflation. Therefore, the men who work at European Auto Service Center are incredible. They care about their customer and provide quality service that is unique in this day and age. I highly recommend you seek out their services for all your European Car needs in Miami, FL.

Honest, fast & reliable service. John was excellent. What I liked best apart from their efficiency was the detailed report on the invoice they gave me. It detailed everything that was done to the car along with the error code that was diagnosed and solved. Will be back again. Update: Sept 19, 22: Went back today for a completely different matter and John was such a gentleman. Highly, highly recommend this place. A+

John was all friendly when it was time to charge me $2,000 for some gasket replacement however when i recently called him for another 2k+ job he never returned my call and hung up in my face when I tired to call back. Truly unprofessional, his not cheap so bring your wallet somewhere where they will at least acknowledge you as paying customer and provide you with some customer service. Truly regret over paying for bad service please my fellow BMW nation dont make the same mistake. Stay classy my friends
