AC went out in my 430clk. I called Felipe, he got my car right in. Todd called me to discuss options with a window door adjustment I requested and my third tail light had a broken connection. No problem for Todd! He had it repaired and back to me in no time. Never had to call in for updates, Felipe kept me updated without fail ! LOVE doing business with European Automotive ! Thank you Todd and crew! Until we meet again !

LIE and DENY! I thought these guys were honest. Phil acted like such a genuinely good dude, but I dropped my car off for a basic oil change and they scratched my car on something. After I noticed and called dude had an excuse ready, saying there’s nothing to scratch my car on, and then he tried to say it looked like paint peeling, (SERIOUSLY!! It’s obvious scratched!!) I never leave bad reviews on anything, but this is a huge thing for everyone a car is not cheap! After paying for a service I have to pay for their mistakes also. Business Ethics, honesty and integrity are such a big deal in business. I’ll never take my car to them again this just happened 5/17/2024. After sending a picture of the scratch he sent me a picture of a lift! Cmon bro., have integrity it’s a buff… so unfortunate, save yourself the trouble take your car to someone with integrity not a fake handshake.

I was a bit nervous taking my car here because I’ve only took my Mercedes to the dealership but let me say the service here was phenomenal. Phil not sure if you are the owner or not but let me say your service is what I strive my employees to be like. Would do 6 stars if I could!

So glad I found this place. It was so nice to find some place to take my 2010 535i wagon with knowledgeable, courteous employees from Phil at the front desk, to the detailor who washed my car. I'll definitely bring any issues in the future for them to take care of.

Even though I drive an American-made car, they do work on them there. The owner was very kind to me and helped me out when I had my old Buick. I live just down the street from this place, and one time one of the mechanics heard my car making noise as I was driving to work. He told me I had better get it checked out. since it was still under warranty at the time, I took it back to the dealership, and sure enough, my transmission was going bad. Anyway, I would recommend this place for both foreign and domestic autos.

A great experience all around. Very friendly, knowledgable, quick and fair. When I showed up, I realized they had washed my car for me and took the time to buff out 9 months worth of hard water stains on my car. I really appreciate this business! 10/10 recommend.

Our 2007 C 280 needed engine replacement at 190k. They performed all repairs superbly! My wife can't hear the engine running now saying it runs better than when new! Good prices and completed quickly! Detailed too! Great job!

Phil is ALWAYS kind and courteous when I call. It's easy to make an appointment for service. The guys always do a great job AND my car is given back to me freshly washed!! Customer service here is top notch! Thanks guys! My little bimmer is grateful to have the adjustable steering column working again.

We came to European Automotive and got an oil change that our dealer wanted to charge us $600 for . For only $201! They even washed our car. We go to a lot of different places to service our cars and this is by far one of the top 3 places! Even the dealers didn’t have as good of service in our opinion. I won’t say which dealer but just know it starts with an M & love coming to this spot now! We will be back for sure.
