Very disappointed with the service at this body shop. Not only was my car not repaired properly, but they returned it in worse condition, with damage to the front, back and side. I had to pay extra money to pick up the car, even though the work was done. I highly recommend not going there if you value your time, nerves and money.

Cesar Tapanes made the experience at this shop! Wow! Originally my insurance put me at the wrong location, they called the Pinecrest location and immediately put me with Cesar. When I arrived I immediately knew who Cesar was from his personality alone. He makes you feel like you are a part of the family and in the best hands. He didn’t give me a hard time with the mix up and took care of me. He assured me my car would look like new. He made the situation feel like a breeze and not stressful at all. He even took care of reaching out to my insurance for the difference they owed after my deductible. My car looks brand new! Like nothing ever happened! If you need work done on your car you would be crazy to go anywhere else! This is it! They also cleaned my car and it looks amazing! I won’t go anywhere else after the experience I had here! HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who wants their car treated right. My BMW was hit from the side, and when the repair was finished the car looked as good as new! Ravi (Founder and CEO) helped me personally and the whole team there did a great job of keeping me in the loop throughout the whole process. Great customer service and very professional work!

I had recently had an accident and logged onto my insurance's website to file a claim, European Collision Center was one of the companies who was recommended from a list but I chose them based on the reviews I read online, I'm extremely glad I did this as I've not had the best experiences in past with other companies. They were extremely and I do mean extremely fast and caring with my car, the customer service could not have been any better. They gave me updates on my car just to let me know how much longer it would take. I had a collision from the back (not my fault) which they pushed my car forward causing me to hit another vehicle so the damages were to the front and back. When I picked up my car less than 2 weeks later not only was it in perfect condition but they had detailed the entire front end so it all looked impecable. I cannot understate how much I would recommend the shop, they are very clean, fast, observant and detailed with their work. Their craftsman ship, tools and paint they use are for higher end vehicles so it trickles down to the regular daily driver cars. Needless to say I was extremely satisfied. I have never written a review but I felt I needed to do this since they were fast and their customer service was top notch.

Had to keep bringing my car back multiple times when I was told everything was fixed. A three week estimated job turned into a 3 month job and still don’t have everything fixed. If you are going through insurance you’re better off going to your manufacturers dealership. They don’t fix your car right and deny what they did wrong putting the blame on you. I will have to pay out of pocket to get their work looked over and have BMW themselves fix the issues they denied to fix.

I am very satisfied with my experience at the European collision Pinecrest location. The staff was great. Caesar is the employee I mostly dealt with. He kept me informed on the status of my repairs. He was very kind and helpful. My car was ready by the date promised. Also they dealt with the insurance so everything went smoothly. Truthfully, they did a great job. My car looks beautiful! I highly recommend this body shop.

Quick service and very trustworthy. Cesar was the best, not only was he attentive and very professional but the whole staff makes you feel like you are a part of their family. They even gave me a ride to the car rental place after they noticed I was waiting for over an hour for the rental people to pick me up. They did an excellent job from start to finish.

The European Collision Center Pinecrest staff are very professional, are protectionists, and deliver wonderful customer service. Cesar made sure that my badly damaged Alpha Rameo was completely restored to its original condition. We discussed every detail of the repairs and he taught me about my car. They dealt with the insurance company for me but informed me of each stage of the repair. All of the employees there obviously take pride in doing a great job and it shows. When I picked up my car today, I was very greatful that it had been repaired by the best!

My Audi convertible required a complete side panel replacement & fixing scrapes to the fenders. Eur Coll repaired it to perfection, a laborious job of several weeks. Cesar Tapanes, my advisor, supervised it efficiently & communicated with the insurance to ensure their assistance through it all. My car looks and drives beautifully. The staff was efficient and courteous. I recommend them highly!

My car was rear ended in a hit and run. I was recommended to this place by The Collection. I am VERY happy with the service they provided. The process was super easy and the work they did was excellent. It looked brand new. 100% a trust worthy place. Ximena, Cesar, and Jerome provided great service and they were extremely helpful. Cesar was awesome! My BMW was rear ended and Cesar did an excellent job corresponding with the insurance company and ultimately repairing my vehicle. The insurance company tried to replace the damaged parts with aftermarket parts but Cesar did his due diligence and ensured that my car was repaired solely with OEM parts. I definitely recommend bringing your car to this shop for damages resulting from an accident, or for any other repairs needed.

Mr. Cesar Tapanes, works at the above Pincrest location. Mr. Tapanes, from the very moment I met you, you made me feel as a long time friend, you were understanding, down to earth, compassionate, and most of all honest in every step of the repair process. You kept me informed and up to date with everything, something my insurance adjuster should of done, more on that later. I have no complains, only recommendations to whom ever needs a collision repair, and have it done correctly and certified. Thanks to you my Range Rover looks factory new. Now, Geico is a top notch insurance agency, I have no complaints. However, The insurance adjuster assigned to me by the name of Michelle is a piece of work. So much so that I filed a complain with Geico Corporation Headquarters! Michelle, you were careless to my needs, you showed no compassion to me and my loss, you never inspected my vehicle, in any way, you had others do it for you, whom I do not know, you relied on improper pictures that were taken and the opinion of others to argue my repair with me. When the customer ( the one who pays, that is me) speaks you listen and shut up. When I finish you speak! if I am wrong in any way with what I saying , then you make me understand in a professional, non argumentative manner respectfully. Hint, we both cannot speak at the same time. You work for me! during the repair process you kept me in the dark, never did you notify me of anything. I had to call you to. I hope you and I never speak again!

Took my new Tesla Y here after it was damaged by someone working at our house. From start to finish it was a pleasure working with this shop. Everyone there is friendly and professional. Cesar kept in constant contact with me regarding the progress of the repairs and it was always very easy to talk to him when I called. He also coordinated everything with the insurance company which made the whole process easier. Finished product looks brand new. I highly recommend!
