This is the 2nd time I have been to European Collision Center and the 2nd time I have worked with Leo. Leo is the best, super nice guy. Thorough with the paperwork, timely follow-up, and available for questions. The shop is top notch-my car is absolutely beautiful and they got they delivered when they said they would. My car was repaired at European Auto Collission and the workmanship was excellent . Additionally when returned it was detailed . They were very professional and knowledgeable. I got my car on time and I was informed of when I can get it back .

European Collision Center excellently restored my mother's 2013 E350 Mercedes, after an auto accident. A minor oversight occurred after restoration, and European Collision even provided valet service by picking up my mother's car, to correct the minor defect, and returned car. Angie our representative, recommended that we use AAA insurance for our future auto insurance needs, which was helpful. Angie is definitely a professional, and pleasant to communicate with. This is definitely a "white glove customer service" company! Very, very impressive.

They obviously did a great job repairing my Rivian… But What? put them head and shoulders above everyone else, is their (Ivan’s) communication… I was updated on a regular and timely basis about delays/problems so I always knew what was going on and what to expect… I virtually never had to call to get in information…. It was a hassle for me to drop my car off in the center of San Francisco from Marin, but so totally worth it With their degree of professionalism…. Hopefully, I won’t need to go back with new car issues, but if I did, I would use them without a second thought.

Someone t-boned me and I had to get bodywork done on my Audi. Marcos was so helpful and kept me updated through all the back and forth with insurance and parts availability. My car is good as new and they even cleaned the whole interior. Looks better than it has in years. Top marks.

Worst experience ever. 0 customer services. They will milk your insurance to the max with supplements resulting in your car being there for over 30 day and you will get stuck with the renal car bill. Cost me over $1k in rental charges. Ivan (advisor) does not call, no communication what so ever. Had to call multiples times to check on the status of the vehicle. I have been using them for years.WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. And do not recommend to any one.

Although European Collision Center came highly recommended by a trusted friend in the auto sales and maintenance business, I was nervous about my visit to get an estimate to repair damage to my car. I needn’t have worried—Leo was friendly, efficient, and professional. The estimate was comprehensive, but did not take much time to pull together. The work that the repair crew did was outstanding. As a special “bonus,” the car was ready two days early and ended up costing just a bit less than the estimate. European Collision Center and Leo come highly recommended!

After my Sprinter got rear-ended, ECC were very professional, patient, and thorough in helping me deal with the other driver's (very incooperative) insurance company. Both the quality of the work and the service were excellent and the shop even followed up afterward to make sure everything was working out well. Throughout the process, both Eric and the owner Ludwig went out of their way to deal with any unusual circumstances, to make sure the work was done on time, and to meet all other expectations. Though I hope not to need to, would turn to this shop again. Thank you!

Extremely disappointed with Work quality. Had poor paint work, and tried to fix with glue They repaired it poor workmanship, didn’t even put the seal back together. Bottom seal was damaged. Service advisor was poor to call me on multiple occasions, he will only text even when you’re asked to be called. performed all repairs without approval. Didn’t want to write a bad review I am not a review writer but being refused to be called back.

Fixed a scratch on my Rivian and it looks good as new, they even detailed the car as part of their body work. They also were able to assist with a stubborn insurance process and helped it all go smoothly. Shout out to Ivan for keeping me updated via texts as they worked on my truck!

I'll start with the good news. When I got my car back after having been side swiped while parked, it looked mostly good. The workmanship was solid. I say that with a reservation because the driver side door now rubs against the trim from the passenger door window when I open and close it and the right rear wheels well doesn't have a trim piece... yet. The problem with this place is that their expectation management and communication deserves a -1 star. I dropped off my car, a Rivian R1T, on November 2, 2023 and was told it would take three weeks and cost a fortune. Luckily I have insurance, but regardless it was obscenely expensive, and presumably complicated, to fix the dent and scrape near the back of the truck. When I called, after not hearing a word from them for three weeks, to inquire if my car was ready, I was told that there had been some delays with insurance processing and that it would be a while longer. It turned out they had not even made contact with my insurance provider yet. And so it went. No proactive communication from these folks and missed deadlines time after time. I'll spare the details, but suffice it to say it was the third week of January until I got my car back, and then with the above mentioned window trim and wheel well trim issues. That's more than 2.5 months!!! I understand that things don't always stay on schedule. I understand that Rivian is a new car company, complicating repairs like this. AND, there is no excuse for the complete lack of proactive communication during this very dissatisfying process.

Unfortunately…..I have had numerous occasions to engage with ECC. Every time their work and service exceeded my expectations. As a certified MBZ center I am a captive client, so to speak I have been extremely satisfied and appreciative of their expertise and customer service.

Came for the estimate to repair Tesla. The main guy started with “how come you got this like all these cameras don’t help?!”, he was incredible rude through the conversation. Proposed $18K repair for a portion of the bumper and when I asked why it’s expensive and if it’s based on tesla details or anything else.. he could not find any answers. No free estimates, they wanted to charge $200 for a quote saying that it takes two hours for them to write the quote. Unprofessional, rude and disrespectful.

Eric was very communicative and helped me through the entire process. Personally I felt like everyone in is place treated me with respect which was important during the whole auto repair and insurance process(which was already stressing). They repaired my car and it looks good as new ! I’m Grateful for all the good work everyone did .

My experience was phenomenal. Eric functioned as a pillar of expertise throughout the entirety of my cars service. There wasn’t a time day or night that I couldn’t reach out to him for an update. He also worked diligently with the production manager to get my car back to me quicker than estimated. This was a really straight forward process and unparalleled quality. This is the dealership Porsche uses directly which made me even more confident in their abilities. Also, whenever I have a minor scratch they let me come in a get I repaired free of charge because I am a dedicated customer. There is no other auto body/collision shop that I will go to ever. The owners are truly dedicated to their craft and it shows in the staff they employ.
