Thank You European House For Imports. Excellent service from the whole team. It is never a good time for car repairs and I appreciate Josh and Michelle working with me. My Mini Cooper had a serious oil leak and EHFI is always the first place I go and have been for 15 years first with my VW Beetle and now my Mini. I love that they are quick and keep me updated via text. The initial price estimate was exactly the amount due so no surprises. 100% I recommend European House For Imports to anyone🤍

Josh and his team at European House For Imports are unparalleled in Vegas. After purchasing a 2020 CLA35 from Carvana, I encountered numerous issues. Despite it being under the manufacturer’s warranty, the dealership provided subpar service. Another shop managed to resolve a few problems under the Silver Rock 100-day warranty, yet significant issues remained unaddressed. It was only when I brought my vehicle to Josh’s team that the most critical problem was identified with ease: faulty front wheel bearings. Both the dealer and the previous shop had dismissed my concerns about the excessive noise, but Josh and his team pinpointed the issue promptly, liaised with Silver Rock, and secured approval for the repair. The transformation was astounding—the cacophony reminiscent of a jet engine was replaced by a serene, quiet ride. My only regret is not consulting Josh sooner, as it would have saved me considerable time and hassle. For anyone purchasing a car from Carvana, I cannot stress enough the importance of having Josh’s team inspect it within the first seven days. I’ve never trusted a mechanic as I do Josh and his team. They’ve earned my lifelong patronage, and I can’t imagine taking my car anywhere else.

Josh and Michelle were great. Had an issue with a window regulator and couldn’t find a shop to perform the work with availability that I could trust. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. If you are in the area please do yourself a favor and get your car serviced by Josh and his team here at European House for Imports. I came in with a transmission issue on my Corolla, Josh had it identified in no time but unfortunately the piece was on backorder. He was upfront about it the whole time, called all over the area trying to find the part and even took extra time to brainstorm other options with me. Sadly we were not able to find the part due to my tight schedule, but I still left feeling grateful and like I had a real understanding of the situation. The reason I choose this business originally is because they use the cost of diagnostics towards any repairs they do which is very uncommon in this area, and despite this they did not mark up the price for the work to compensate for that. I know because I called 7 other mechanics in the area and they all quoted me more than European House for Imports did. All in all Josh is a great person and mechanic and I would trust him with any of my vehicles.

I was lucky to come across an honest mechanic (Josh) when my daughter got into an accident while I was across the country. Josh went above and beyond, providing a bid for the totaled car and assisting us in finding a replacement vehicle. Despite it not being his responsibility, he selflessly aided us. This boutique repair shop goes ABOVE AND BEYOND and is a true treasure! Josh and his team have been looking after our cars for 6+ years. They are hardworking, knowledgeable and always honest and forthcoming about the work that needs to be done. i appreciate their professionalism and follow up with both regular service and larger jobs and simply stated, I cannot imagine taking our cars anywhere else.

If you’re looking for a shop that does great work, at a reasonable price and great customer service then I highly recommend European House For Imports. I recently got my brakes done here and they got me in and out very quickly. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything that I didn’t need like the dealership was doing and they also showed me that I didn’t need some services that the dealer said I needed. Honest-The check engine light on my MB came on. I agreed to the $180 diagnostic fee since they would apply it to the repair. Turns out it was just the after-market gas cap I bought. They ordered the MB part, chasing it down when the dealer didn’t deliver it. They only charged me for the gas cap, no diagnostic fee. I really appreciate that and will be back. Oh yeah, all in one day too.

This was my first time using them. I live in the neighborhood I wanted a shop that was professional, skilled and one where I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of. I made an appointment and we brought the car in I was greet by a service rep named Santana who was absolutely the nicest person very professional and informative. She explained the work to be done communicated effectively via a text and phone. The electronic estimate that I received was easy to understand and Santana made herself available for any questions. I got may car the price was fair and I will now be giving them the business for both my 2011 Audi S5 and my 2017 Porsche Macan S. This was a great experience.
