I had taken my Mercedes CLA250 for a abs sensor problem. I gave the the parts and the job was done perfectly, no problems till this day but a couple of days ago my car popped up a message saying my "Auxiliary Battery is having a malfunction". Before going to the ONE and ONLY shop I had EVER taken my car too I had an OEM Auxiliary battery that I changed myself a couple of months before I had taken it to this shop. To cut the story short, my OEM auxiliary battery that has been recently replaced before taking it to the shop has been swapped out for a shitty nonbranded auxiliary battery (40$) that I know for a fact I had an OEM auxiliary battery (165$+) since I had installed it myself. I didn't know or think there were places that do this... Its honestly sad. I would 100% recommend to go somewhere else and if you don't then double check everything because they rob you in more ways than you can ever think of... I don't know if its the owners fault or the mechanics at the time that were or are still doing this but its honestly unacceptable. I might have swapped out OEM parts for aftermarket that I'm not even aware of as of yet... Was going to bring my car in again for another issue I'm currently having but after finding this out knowing this is the only place my car has ever been for any kind of service since I basically do everything myself, I will definitely not be bringing my car here whatsoever. Stay away if you can!

Eddie is the real deal…I had to learn of bad garages the hard way, and finding someone to trust is not easy. Eddie and his team will always come through, they’ll make sure that all and only the needed work is done when needed, he’ll take pictures of any found issues to make sure you know exactly what’s happening, and he will be very up front and detailed in explaining everything. His cost estimates are usually very accurate, so no issues there either. Honest and knowledgeable shop. I took my 2018 Porsche Boxster there for a second opinion on a coolant light. What one shop said I needed to replace most of the cooling system this shop found a loose hose and didn’t want to charge me anything. Eddy and his team are top-notch. Definitely will be coming back and recommending friends and family.

I have been taking our two mercedes benz ( mine and and my daughters ) to Eddie at European Master Tech Of Miami for about six years, and the service has always been five stars! He’s fair with the pricing and always willing to help and accommodate your needs . He’s a very honest person and trust him 100% with our cars . Even when it’s something as little as filling up our tires with air or putting water in our cars for the wipers tank, he always does it with a happy heart . All the guys that work at the shop are all super helpful and very nice to deal with. Being a woman is not easy when you try to go to car shops because you always feel like you’re gonna be taking advantage of but not with this guys! They are amazing! I would recommend this shop to anyone with their luxury cars because they are very trustable and they do GREAT work !
