I took my mercedes there once and got excellent service. I have a friend with an older Mercedes, and this is his go spot for repairs. Give them a try. Too bad we don't have more shops like this around the city.

I broke down on the side of the highway in St. Louis while moving from Florida to Colorado. It was late and I was in a dangerous spot and needed to get my car towed somewhere ASAP. I got a 7:40am appt for the next day at the Suntrup dealership and towed it there. The next morning they called me and said to expect them to have it for 2-3 days, so I started calling around to see if anyone could get it fixed that day. I thankfully found European Performance Auto Center. They told me to get it towed there ASAP and connected me with a tow truck driver. They began working on it as soon as it arrived and had me back on the road that afternoon and I safely made it to Colorado. Everyone I spoke to there was so kind and sympathetic towards my stressful situation. They were extremely knowledgable about Volkswagens and got my car working again on a short time frame. They charged a very fair price for the work (and saved me the cost of a hotel for 2-3 nights). I am so thankful for them and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing work done on their vehicle! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!!

My youngest daughter was moving from Florida to Colorado and broke down near this shop. It was late in the day and she had it towed to the VW dealership. They were closing and told her to leave it there till morning. When she called the next morning they told her it was 200 bucks to evacuate it and they couldn’t look at it for a couple days. She explained her situation and they could care less. Wouldn’t even look at it for a couple days then they would schedule the repairs for the next available appointment. Satin has a special hell for people that work at the dealership. She found this shop on line and had it towed there. They had her back on the road for more than a fair price in a few hours. They treated her like she was their daughter. As a father I could only pray for people like these. Gives me hope in mankind!!!

Got a Mercedes s320 had some issues with it took it up to the shop less than a week they took care of everything she's functional now steering wheel works soft close in the vibrations steering wheel thanks guys you got a professionals an amazing work without me having to give up an arm and a leg

Called a couple days before to get my Jetta looked at and was surprised to get a time within a couple of days. I believe Christian was working on my car. Very nice guy who knew what he was doing. Only qualm I have is the price for repairs. Although high, it is expected with a Euro specific shop with knowledgable staff.

These guys are fantastic and I highly recommend them if you drive a European car. They are honest (which, in my experience, is hard to find), they do quality work, and they do not overcharge! They will tell you honestly what needs repairing and won't add on extra things just to get more money out of you. Thank you for your years of service on my cars, I truly appreciate it!

They were very helpful I gotta ignition coil replaced and they let me know what other work needed to be done but wasn’t urgent to be done. They explained everything in detail and got me in and out quick as possible

I bought a used Mercedes and they fixed it properly when no one else would. The price was right, you know they are a GREAT shop when you know you need to wait for the repairs. I am only using EPAC for all of the repairs on this car.

Did not complete task that was at hand instead they come up with their own problem to cause more iusses. Always taking a vacation every week. Not good business. Even the insurance adjuster hates these guys. I paid over $2000 for a job thats still is giving me problems. Very rude.... Will never use their service again. I recommend you not as well.
