Don’t delay, schedule your vehicle service today! I am a very satisfied customer that trusts European Service Center (ESC) to service my vehicle. The staff and technicians are professional and courteous. ESC takes ultimate pride in communicating effectively and efficiently. Time was taken to do extensive research about my maintenance record from previous auto repair shops, as well as performing diagnostic tests. Therefore, I felt safe driving away, after services were completed. I strongly recommend European Service Center!

The team at the European Service Center exceeded our expectations. We’ve owned several different BMWs and Mercedes over the past 25 years and it is by far the best overall auto service (including dealers) we’ve ever received. The mechanics are first rate and quickly diagnosed issues even the BMW dealer had missed. The customer service is beyond excellent. Danny and Patrick are professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. They work hard to explain your car’s issues, prioritize the problems, and offer sound advice on how to move forward. This shop should be your first call if you need help with your vehicle. I wish we had found them sooner!

I own a 24 yr old Audi and after getting scammed and stole from different mechanics I finally found a place that respects my money and time. After every visit I have a full diagnosis of my car WITH PICTURES and details about the issues. The personnel is cordial and always willing to help and I always receive a honest opinion on the work to do. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

I purchased a used car and took it to Danny and his team for an independent inspection. They were able to get me in first thing the next morning and worked quickly for a fair price. They provided extremely helpful insight on the vehicle and caught some red flags that likely would have caused a headache later on. I’ll definitely return to the shop in the future.

I have been coming here for over a decade, I owned a BMW at first and when I traded it in for a Benz, I already knew where I’d get serviced after my pre owned service package expired at the dealership up the road. European! I highly recommend this shop to anyone that owns a European vehicle. Save your money and skip the unnecessary frills of a dealership. Their service is great at European, the advisors are friendly and respectful of your time and money. As a woman, I don’t feel talked down to or oversold on things unwarranted.

They do an excellent job of communicating any issues they find, and are honest about what to prioritize when there are multiple items to be worked on. Absolutely five star warranted. We have taken our Mercedes here for 10 years and I’ve never had better service than here. They have kept our 19 year-old car running wonderfully. Trustworthy and do phenomenal work. I’ve gone in asking for things to be done and at the end of the day, they say your car still doesn’t need it yet. They turned down money just to do the right thing for you.

PSA: Skip the dealer and head straight over to these guys! Upon first interaction with Patrick & Danny they were very welcoming and patient as I explained what my issues were on my Range Rover as I know they could here the frustration in my voice after leaving the Dealership and them quoting me $4700 for a coolant issue just a month after paying $3800 for routine maintenance. They were very knowledgeable on what my issues were and worked me in right away with no problem while keeping me up to date with each step in the process. They were able to do some further examination and found that the issue was not as bad as the dealer portrayed and they were able to quote me $1700 for an extensive job, just a fraction of what the dealer was asking. I highly recommend this place for your foreign vehicle needs!
