This repair shop has done great work for me 3 times. Each time the estimate is completed professionally, communication is frequent, and they finish the job days earlier than expected. I highly recommend this repair shop!

Great customer service, great work, honest, fair price. This was a pretty extensive repair to my Honda CR-V’s radiator support. It required disassembly of most of the front end. Downtown Honda quoted me $6800 for this job — and didn’t tell me there were other parts that were damaged and needed to be replaced, such as the car’s intercooler, cross brace and lower shutter assembly. Joshua B. correctly identified all the problems and got it all done for $2400. I’m sure if I had left it with the dealer, they would have taken it apart and goosed me for an extra $3000 or more to fix the collateral damage they either didn’t find or deliberately didn’t tell me about. To top it all off, European and U.S. Auto Collision got the work done in 48 hours. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I have an older 2010 sedan in fairly decent shape. However, due to the age it’s really not something that one would like to put a lot of money into the bodywork. My issue was that the inner wheelwell somehow became dislodged and whenever I’d go on a long trip, I could hear the tire rub.against it. I surmised that the problem was due to years of getting my front end hit while parking on the streets of Chicago. Anyway, I was able to put in the tabs that hold The wheel well in place, but they kept on breaking off due to part of my front quarter panel being dislodged.. knowing that I didn’t want to put a ton of money into this car, Warren worked with me and got the issue fixed at a price that was a little less than what he estimated. Although I hope I never have to bring my car to a body shop again if I am 100% going to be coming here. Honest, great work at a reasonable price is why I highly recommend you use their services if needed.

Just want to say 1st off , you guys did an amazing job. It's looks really good. Everything is working good ,so far. It was well worth the wait. Use to be a great shop when Hawk ran it. He recently sold the business to private equity(Automotive Group LLC), they increased the shop rate by 30% overnight without telling anyone(it’s now $185/hr). Was shocked when they charged me $179 for an oil change on my 2.0 Liter Audi A4 despite me coming here for years beforehand and never paying more than $100…..Would highly recommend finding anywhere else to do mechanic work on your car, unless you want to pay crazy prices for standard work or want to rip off your insurance company

Warren and his team are excellent! They are efficient, transparent, kind and inviting. As a young woman I am typically weary and suspicious of car shops, but European & US left no room for that. I never felt like I was being misled or taken advantage of. I will miss interacting with these amazing people. Thank you for everything!

I brought my car into European & US Collision Repair, Inc. Fast no muss no fuss estimate, service and getting a rental! There was alot to fix and I couldn’t believe how fast and perfectly it was done. Warren Pries was fantastic in assisting me in every way. Staff is friendly and goes out of their way to be helpful. Start to finish, from my damaged vehicle getting towed through it being repaired at the shop, the team here provided excellent service. The front desk is helpful, friendly, and very considerate. As are the mechanics, who are also very skilled at what they do and did an excellent job repairing my vehicle—for a very fair price, no less. I cannot recommend their services enough. (I worked primarily with Jennifer, front desk, and Demetrius, mechanic. These two were fantastic.)

The quality of and value-for-money service, from first phone call with Isabella to managing the car repair with Demetrius, was first class! Definitely recommend if you have a European car, as my 2004 BMW 325xi was handled with car and at a valued, worthy price.

1word…ISABELLA! I don’’t mean to diminish the excellent work provided by the entire team at European because without all of them it would not be possible, that being said my experience of professionalism, care and attention to detail was steward by the FrontWoman at European…..Isabella! This lady knows her stuff, I mean every question I had was answered and never once did Isabella say no,, instead she would say here is what we can do and found a way to make it happen even when I think she wasn’t sure it was possible!! She is a huge asset for European and I hope they understand how vital she is. My car looks like a 2024 Acura,, and was very affordable this is because of the entire team and I highly recommend European! Thank you everyone at European and Isabella!
