2020 Landrover Discovery Repair Review: I had catastrophic engine coolant failure due to rats. I took my Discovery to two other repair shops prior to Eurosport. Both told me that I needed a new engine. The second one told me that even with a new engine they didn't feel comfortable and sent me away. I was so upset, and scared. Up until it got to Eurosport did I not learn it was from rats. Communication with Eurosport: 10/10, they have an app that sends you the estimates. They text me to let me know the status and each time I called they answered and gave me updates. They even sent pictures to explain the process. Mind you, as a non-car expert female I didnt know what I was looking at, but glad they would send them. The other shops quoted over 20K to fix and Eurosport came in half that and rebuilt the engine, and did the brakes on the back that needed repair. They fixed the annoying SOS error without me having to ask, and put back our batter in the compartment (seems easy but OMG thats a nightmare alone since its in the back of the vehicle). We had replaced it thinking it might be battery issues at first. Overall the process was so stressful but Eurosport eased my anxiety and they took care of us! I highly recommend. I think its a husband and wife team too, which is awesome. There are many more people there and when I went to pick up my car they had dozens of LR in the shop. Everyone was nice, approachable and moving forward my go to!

I’m disappointed to give this shop a one-star review but they did it to themselves. I purchased a Land Rover Defender 110 (eurospec) from the UK in June of 2022, and it was successfully delivered to the US in March of 2023. In April of 2023, I brought the defender into the shop. Jason called me with some bad news. The entire chassis was rotted out and the back axel was simply being held by the suspension. The solution was to perform a chassis swap on this vehicle. Jason advised me that there are two defenders in front of me that need chassis swaps and didn’t have a specific date that he’ll start working on it. That’s understandable. Fast forward to November 7th, I wrote Jason an email and informed him I was getting anxious since the vehicle not being registered in my name yet. It was my understanding that Jason completed the inspection process, but he had not. Jason mentioned he didn’t have time to take it to the inspection station. I told him communication is key. In fact, Jason was offended by my email and stated the following: “I stuck my neck out to order a fresh chassis with no assurances or a payment from your Defender people in the UK, and have received only partial payment for the chassis that didn't include S&H. It was with good faith and genuine care that I took this on, which to-date has only been an opportunity cost for me and Eurosport.” Just to remind you, by this time, Jason received two-thirds payment of the entire bill. He never discussed the cost of shipping and again I was more than happy to pay that shipping bill. At the end of the email, Jason stated he would sublet a hauling company to run the vehicle to the inspection station before the end of the week. I was happy with that response. January of 2024, Jason stated he would be wrapping up a chassis swap project and should be done with that in about 30 days and mine was next. In February, Jason finally brought the defender to the inspection station. This only took 5 months since September. In mid-April, I called Jason and asked for a rough estimate when they would be working on the vehicle. Jason didn’t provide an estimated time frame. He mentioned he’s short staffed and needed more vehicle lifts. He stated “service work comes first”. Now just to remind you, I dropped this defender to Eurosport on 4/14/2023. On this same phone call, I asked him where the chassis is located. He stated he ordered it and it’s been stored at Rovers North (a supplier in VT). During this call, I did not put together what Jason had said in his November email about “sticking his neck on the line” about ordering the chassis. I let a few days go by and I called Rovers North in VT. I asked the customer service representative if Eurosport had ordered a defender chassis in the last nine months. The rep stated he really could not provide me with the specifics but advised me no chassis had been ordered by Eurosport in Phoenix. The rep stated they do not hold inventory; once it’s sold it is then immediately shipped. After speaking with Rovers North, this was the information I needed to confront Jason’s bed of lies and endless circles he spun me in. After a week of leaving messages for Jason, he and I connected. I simply told him that I’m uncomfortable with proceeding any further with this build. I confronted him about him lying to me over the chassis. The only thing he said was, “I understand. I will get this ready for you.” Not one apology. I advised him to have the defender and the money ready for pickup. The bottom-line is I wouldn’t recommend a large project for Eurosport to perform. They said it themselves, “service work comes first”. I’m sure they are great at changing the oil. Jason should have moved his ego to the side and could have told me he doesn’t have time to work on my defender. I would have been fine with that. An entire year for nothing. Jason even mentioned there are a few folks that have had their defenders in the shop longer than mine. My advice to you, would be, go elsewhere, they are poor at prioritizing projects plus lying does not help either.

Loved this shop. The work cost less than I expected and they know all the bypasses to fix the rovers. They take the time to talk to you about it and aren’t pretentious or patronizing like a lot of other places I’ve been to. They’re just a bunch of cool people more stoked about Rovers than anyone. Will only take my disco here!

This is the best auto shop!! I have been going to EuroSport for the past few years and have had great experiences every time. The owners, Jason and Kim, are great to work with, their prices are absolutely fair and the shop's work is high quality. I have brought several cars to them (Mercedes and Jaguar but also Honda and Chevy) and they have provided exceptional service on ALL of our vehicles. Initially, I was concerned they would work on our non-European brand vehicles but I just asked and was so relieved when they said that they could! A trustworthy shop can be difficult to find. If you're looking for a good mechanic, who operates with integrity and great service, this is the shop for you, too. I highly recommend this business and it's owners!

Amazing experience with the whole ES team! If we could give more stars, we would. The guys have taken our d110 from a problem Land Rover to a truck ready for an international journey. (Full mechanical/cosmetic rebuild. Including a full camper conversion.) We will continue to travel the 700+ miles to ES because we strongly believe they are one of the most qualified Land Rover shops in the entire country, and most importantly complete the work with full transparency, constant communication, and the highest degree of integrity. If you are looking for a group of true car enthusiasts that care about your truck/car/project the same as you... Kim, Jason, and the ES team are the gold standard. DEFENDER NINJAS! I have an 85 D90 that was rebuilt by a shop in a different state. When I had it shipped to PHX, I noticed serious quality issues. While the build was good, Jason and his team made it exceptional. Several inspections by EuroSport revealed areas of weakness and poor design not obvious to the untrained eye, which they promptly fixed to expert levels. They are very patient and, dare I say, kind, when explaining a vehicle’s inner workings to those less skilled in the art of mechanics. If you are a Range Rover/LandRover or Land CRUISER owner, look no further. (They work on a lot of other makes and models but these are my vehicles, so I’m partial). It’s hard to find a great Defender mechanic in particular. Couldn’t be happier with Jason, Kim and their amazing crew.

Jason, Kim, Brian and the rest of the team at Eurosport are truly fantastic. I found them accidentally when I called another shop for service and they weren’t working on older European vehicles any longer. They referred me over to Eurosport. Since then, the shop has been looking after a number of my vehicles; between excellent service, deep vehicle knowledge, fair pricing and newly forged friendships I would highly recommend this group. Their Land Rover understanding bar none is the best around. Give them a call!

Very good mechanics!! I had a small coolant leak over a month - (1/8 cup per day). I was able to drive my car to work. They did a stress test and showed me the results. They were super busy at the time, so there was a delay in repairs. I took it to the DEALER for an inspection. I live 45 miles from the dealer. The dealer's mechanic caused MAJOR leaking by pulling on the coolant line (shown own their video). They NEVER did a stress test like Eurosport. Only looked for leaks with a flashlight. This dealer never apologized for this accident. I took the car over to Eurosport the same day. Within 5 miles of driving - I lost (1/2 gallon) of coolant by the dealer's mishap. After 3 days parts were installed and Eurosport had fixed the coolant leak. It operated like new!! Thanks Jason, Dave, and Zack.

I typically don’t leave reviews but it’s refreshing to find a repair shop you can trust! As a first-time Porsche owner, Jason and his team are friendly and super helpful answering my questions. They did a great job with the initial inspection and service. Going in, I also knew I had an issue with a window motor and Jason went out of his way to explore parts/options for me. The work was done right and at a fair price. The Eurosport team is very knowledgeable and careful not to charge for things you didn’t need. This is an honest establishment and I receive high-quality work from them.

Decided to buy a newer light bar that has a toggle between amber and white beams. I knew I needed to add a on-off-on switch and didn't want to install myself. Brian who works over at Eurosport has been my everything 4x4 Guru. Brian was able to take in the jeep and knock out the electrical wiring and addition of the switch within an hours time. Always happy with the work Brian and his colleagues have to offer. If you're looking to build a 4x4 or overland vehicle then this is your go to shop. I priced out the electrical work at two other prominent offroad and car stereo shops and they weren't as reasonable or receptive as Eurosport is. If you're looking for something custom or ideas to help you along the way then drop by their shop. Good people. 🤘🏽

This is absolutely the place to go. In the marketplace of car repair it can be very challenging to find someone who has your best interest at heart. Eurosport treated me like family.
