Great/fast service for my VW Passat. Adequate communication methods was able to approve service promptly with phone. Holly was wonderful and friendly and kept me informed of car status quickly when asked. I would definitely recommend.

I cannot thank the team at Eurotech Knoxville more for their help in repairing my 2008 911 Turbo on a very short timeline. I was in town for a car rally, and after receiving poor service at another local Euro shop that was highly rated, I called Eurotech Knoxville to see if they would be able to help. From the moment they answered the phone, I knew I should have gone here first. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to fit me in to service my car. By the time I was able to pick up my car from the other shop and get it to them, it was almost 3pm. I needed new CV boots and an alignment, which they were able to complete the same day for me - even staying past closing to get it done. They also identified my coolant was low and topped it off. The previous shop suggested replacing both front axles on my car (which it did not need) instead of just using a CV Boot kit. Eurotech Knoxville did not suggest any unneeded work, identified what they could help with immediately based on parts availability and my schedule, and delivered an amazing result. They were incredibly honest, down to earth, and saved me thousands of dollars on unneeded parts. I highly recommend the team at Eurotech Knoxville for anything you need for any European vehicle - especially a Porsche!

It takes a lot for me to write a review, but I felt as though I had to. My 2011 mini cooper had extensive work done to it and so far it's running wonderful. I really made the right choice going to Eurotech. Rick was extremely kind and showed me what was wrong with my car. If you are having car trouble you should give Eurotech a shot. Thanks to Rick and all the people who worked on my car🙂

Eurotech Knoxville took outstanding care of me this past week when my 993 Porsche blew a gasket, blue smoke and oil everywhere. Repaired overnight, added new Michelin PS4AS to the Fuchs wheels and had me ready for my PCar rally. Fantastic folks providing awesome service!!!

The staff at Eurotech is always courteous and professional. They diagnose any issues with your vehicle and have the expertise to do what is necessary. They are conventionally located and their facility is immaculately maintained. We have relied on them for several years for vehicle repairs and maintenance and will continue to do so. Wanted to post a review even tho I have not had any services done here. I stopped here on the way home from a Kia dealership that I was supposed to have front brake pads put on my Kia Stinger GT2. Dealership told me the front brakes were $900. I met the owner and told him what happened and he told me they only work on German/ European cars and I told him I didn't realize that and he went out of his way to check online for brakes and found that the OEM pads from South Korea were like $800 but then called someone and found them way cheaper. I had looked online also and found them for even less. The owner didn't know me from adam but tried to help me and told me if I couldn't find anyone else he would talk to one of his mechanics and see if they wanted to do them for me. I had done no business before here but heard good things. He could of just turned me away but he didn't! This says a lot to me and I hope this review helps others decide to use this garage. I really appreciated his patience and help!

Brought my 2014 GTI in for a long overdue maintenance and replacement of parts. Eurotech got everything done in 1 day I'm very satisfied with the work and will be returning from now on.

So these guys are great! I have an older classic BMW and other repair shops were unable to resolve the issue I was having with my steering, but Eurotech not only fixed the issue, they also saved me thousands of dollars (about $6,500) because they took the time to research the issue and they were able to fix the problem without replacing major components of the vehicle. I don't know of a lot of repair shops that are willing to do that for their customers. I've had the car back for over a week now and I've taken it on couple of long drives and I've had absolutely no trouble whatsoever. Their staff was friendly and polite and easy work with. These guys are my new go to repair shop. Absolutely trustworthy and all around great shop!

I can not say enough good things about Eurotech. Our paths crossed after years at another mechanic where everytime I had one problem fixed another one arose. When I finally wasn't getting any resolution to the constant issues at the other shop I brought it here. After dropping it off, I wasn't half way home before Cliff called me and said we have already found the problem and fixed your car. Even fixed it for an extremely great price. That was close to three or four years ago. Since then and always brining it back to Eurotech I haven't had a single problem. In fact recently I brought my car in for new tires, brakes, and an oil change. Not only did they do everything to source quality materials keeping in mind my tight budget, but also when I picked up the car and drove it home an issue that randomly arose at the other shop years ago with the alignment was corrected. There are some really good quality people out there and those who care about doing things right, Eurotech and it's employees fit in this category. This is a shop for people who care about their car. For the level of service and the fact that they are a european car specility shop with a vast amount of knowledge, pricing is extremely fair. You will leave happy, confident in the work done, and they will not try to sell you on things you do not need. Thank You All for keeping me running.

Years ago when Rick had just left the dealership and was opening his shop, my wife and I needed someone to work on our BMW. Even years after Rick has serviced our vehicles, he still gives the same excellent level of customer service as he always has and that alone is enough to keep these guys at the top of your list when it comes to a European Auto Repair Shop. These guys have never returned a vehicle to us with a fingerprint on it, and they have saved us so much money from visiting the dealership. If you have a BMW, a Porsche don’t go anywhere else. Honesty, Integrity and Family is what I think of when it comes to Rick and his team at Eurotech.
