No one will answer the phone between noon and 1. And then, when you finally reach someone, apparently they will just hang up on you mid-sentence. No attempt from them at a callback, and call then went straight to their (full) voicemail. No idea what their car service is like, but if I could give negative stars for customer service I would.

I have a 2004 Mercedes S500 that no one else could figure out what the issue was with it. Changed spark plugs, coils, plug wires, fuel injectors, MAF, electric gas pedal and ECU. But Euroworks was able to figure it out. It was the ECU that needed programming which was done and it fixed my problem.
