Always a great experience at Evans. Everyone is friendly, helpful and very straightforward about your vehicle! Even on a very busy day, they worked me in and diagnosed my cars issues. In less than 24 hrs I was back in my car and quite pleased! I feel very confident in their abilities and follow through!

The Check-Engine light was illuminated in my 2015 Audi Q5 (112K miles) so based on positive Google reviews I took the car to Evan’s Auto Care. Vehicle computer identified the issue was associated with the fuel vapor control system. Mechanics spent several hours troubleshooting and made a successful repair with a new EFE leak detection pump. Afterward, they examined the car for any other potential issues and presented me with a few items and the repair costs to consider. I am very satisfied with their service and results, and will not hesitate to go back to Evan’s if necessary in the future.

I recently had my car’s XL and belts replaced. I initially went to Midas, but their quote was several hundred dollars higher than Evan’s Auto Care. Evan’s offered a much more reasonable price, and the service was excellent. I’m glad I chose them and would highly recommend their services for quality work at a fair price.

I was just about to head of town for a road trip and the day before the trip my headlight went out. Evan’s was absolutely fantastic and was able to squeeze me in same day. The last time my headlight went out I got stopped frequently when I was out of state. Thanks Evans!!!! Looking forward to a smooth road trip!

We live about 5 hours from Cincinnati and we were in town to visit our daughter who is a college student. When we arrived, I found out my daughter’s car had a problem. I called Evans auto care on Monday, dropped the car off at 1 PM and they were able to diagnose the problem, get the parts needed, and had the car ready to go by 3 PM the next day. They knew our situation and went above and beyond to accommodate us in every way possible. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate Evan’s auto care. I am a very satisfied customer and will not hesitate to utilize them again in the future.
