I happened to call Shannon, the general manger with Firestone, and as much as she wanted to help me get my vehicle serviced, especially because I had already had my vehicle towed to 2 separate places, only to be told that my car could not be fixed without completely good working parts being broken just to fix a inexpensive part. Nobody, not even the dealership, or the place I purchased my vehicle carried the tool to service my vehicle because we live in what is considered to be a rustbelt state. WHAT!!!! I never heard of such a ridiculous thing! Anyway, many folks were unable to help me because of it being a liability issue, while others would help but stated they were going to break working parts in my car. Shannon took the time to direct me to her competitor, which is Evan Automotive. I must admit it was the best thing that could have happened to me. I am incredibly happy with the service we received from Evans Automotive! Chuck at Evans took great care of us and made sure to stay connected with us every step of the way and let us know what issues we may or may not have been experiencing. Nowadays it is hard to find good customer service let alone great customer service. I would most definitely recommend Evans Automotive to as many folks as possible, and again this review would not be possible if Chuck and Shannon would not have taken that extra step to help a desperate customer. Honest people. New customer here who took her Car for a diagnostic. They saw that it was an issue that was covered under Mercedes warranty and took the liberty to call on my behalf to give them a heads up and ensure my car part would be in. They referred us after diagnosing and that is very noble and honest of them. Thank you.

Brought my Maserati Ghibli S4Q in to get belts changed and have a X-Pipe instead. They were very quick to turn it around and get me out of there with good service. Within the day the check engine light came on and I was noticing performance issues so I got worried and thought the new part could have caused an issue with tuning or something. Brought it back in a few days later and they informed me it was a small fix and fixed it on the spot with no charge. Prior to coming to them I visited a Maserati Dealership to get my yearly service done and they listed about $4K in additional work the needed to be done and when I took that list to Evans they said only a few of the items needed done. The few items that needed done they beat the Maseratis dealership price for the services by a landslide. Pretty sure I found my new primary auto maintenance team. Awesome and politely knowledgeable staff. Good turn around times Very very well priced

Evans has been the only place I take car for years . They are always honest and reasonable prices. They have done so much work for me on multiple vehicles and this is the place you want to take your vehicle no matter what it is . Oh another place can't figure it out Evans can . It's Columbus best kept secret for car repair. Thank you y'all for all your hard work and keeping me going down the road .

I have a Landrover LR4. I took it to a local mechanic - Allied in Toledo and they pretty much ruined my car. The dealer had it for months on 3 separate occasions. I had given up.. my husband found Evans. They fixed my car after over a year of misery.

I visited this place because my car's air conditioner was not working. They repaired my car at a very reasonable price. Their service was prompt enough that the repair only took a day. I also appreciated their friendliness. If I encounter any issues with my car in the future, I won't hesitate to come back here.

Trusted these other high-rated reviews, but got completely SCREWED OVER. This place is MONEY-HUNGRY as heck. They charged $300 for EACH thing they did, plus another $120 just to look at my vehicle (which is crazy, most places only charge this if you decide not to let them fix it). I asked for an itemized before they started, but it somehow didn't happen for whatever reason--talked to the mechanic, and trusted his word. If I knew how much they were charging for labor, I would've taken my car somewhere else. I have a basic understanding of cars, seemed at least one thing was replaced unnecessarily as well. Labor in total was $1200 for things I had to get replaced a few years ago, and cost WAY less than this. My head gasket was getting replaced that time too, and labor in total was still WAY less than this. Highly don't recommend, seems only good for high-end cars for high-class folk.

This place is very poor with communication…prices went from $600 to $3200 to $150 back to $600….he will comment on this to try to justify their wrong doing and he can call and try to intimidate me but you got the right one I have sent out a post that now has over 100 shares in an hour….also he will threaten to put your business out there if he doesn’t agree with your review

Recently 5 lights on my dash lit up along with my vehicle beginning to stall. Turned on my hazards and carefully made my way to Evans Automotive. My vehicle was throughly examined and it was determined to be a bad fuel pump. It took a day to get the part in and was back on the road within 48hrs from first driving onto the lot. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. My car is now running better than ever! I highly recommend Evans Automotive and trust them with all of my car needs.

Yesterday my car decided to just stop working, i was at easton and goggled the closest shop to me which happen to be Evan's. Gave them a call and the nice women on the phone said if you can get it here right now they can look at it. Some how i got it there. I walked in at 2:47pm, was greeted by the women from the phone and a young gentleman. Both were super nice and surprised i got there so fast (me to). I was quoted a diagnostic range, first shop I've ever been to that charges for diagnostics but it is what it is, they found the issue relatively quickly. I was fixed and out by 4pm. In the meantime serveal people came in, they knew each person by name and treated everyone so nice . Hopefully i dont have anymore car emergencies but if i do i am coming here. Thank you!!!

Pretty good. Time will tell on repairs. I don't think my cabin filter was changed as it still smells like old socks. Don was amazing, though. Great job communicating. Only other noticeable issue was my car was filthy when I got it. Not something a dealer would do. Nor, a local body shop with whom I've done business recently.
