Just went to Evans Tire for vehicle service. Price with coupon was reasonable and the service was as fast as I receive at other auto repair shops. I would use them again for routine services.

I had to get an oil change and an apointment was made for me by a young lady from Evan’s .The oil change was done without any problems at a great price ,The Desk staff ( the young lady )was very professional in assisting me .The mechanic did a great job on my oil change .I will be using Evan’s in the future to take care of my car .

Best front desk guys yet -2023. Not anymore 2024. How do I contact a corporate person? Hostile new desk manager says he can't find my April 2020 5 year alignment plan. Said it's my problem. Every 6 months I deal with a new desk person. And eventually they take the time to go back through the $7000+ in repairs I've had done in the last 5 years. I'm tired of the fight to get the new guys to honor Evans lifetime and 5 year contracts. I've been a customer since 1997 and the customer service guys seem to get more and more bitchy. I know they get burnt out on 10+ hour days, but this is no way to keep customers. How do I contact corporate?

These guys were amazing! Micheal and his colleague, please forgive me for not remembering her name, had me out of there in 30 minutes. Instead of selling me the much higher priced tire, he saved me $300 bucks for a tire that looked exactly the same as the others when it was put on. I have 2 very nice cars, a Lexus and a Mercedes, and Evans Tire will be my choice moving forward. I recommend highly, giving them a chance with your car!! First time customer and was very impressed. It was easy to schedule an appointment online, and the business seemed well run. Staff was friendly, and price was much better than a couple other nearby auto shops.

I was there for a 4 wheel alignment on my Tundra; car was done in about 1.5hr, still got plenty of time to take care other things for the rest of the day. Thank you guys, great service.

Never buy an alignment package at Evans tires they never treat the alignments after that and they treat you like Terribly and never go to the convoy 3747 convoy Evans tires absolutely terrible

Tire change went fine but the front staff was extremely condescending and wouldn’t even give a straight answer to whether he’d recommend a tire rotation (which was indicated). For the price of the tires and service I expected more.

Great shop. Great prices. Super friendly. My only advice is that they are super busy shop, so get there early if you don’t want to wait too long. Still they are worth the wait.

They were very friendly when I took my Jeep in for oil change. Very disappointed when they didn’t carry my Jeep’s out weight in synthetic. Brought my Honda Pilot in on problems. Except they showed me mechanical issues with the Pilot. Old care so passed but they tried to work things out to help me. Overall a great experience!!

Very nice Gentleman at front I believe his name is Jesse, he let me use the online coupon for $29.99 for a synthetic oil change. Dropped off my car and within an hr it was ready! They also suggested a few fluid changes but nothing pushy. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you for a great service 😊

Each and every interactions that I have is always pleasant. Jesse Sanchez always greets with a smile and a friendly hi. I love is calm, cool and collected demeanor. I recommend my friends and family to visit EVANS tire. I like the fact that Jesse explains what will be done and recommends should or need to done without pressure tactics. The service here is excellent ! It was my first time getting my car serviced alone and I felt very welcomed and treated with respect and kindness. The work was efficient and everything was explained to me throughly. The prices are great and didn’t feel like they were trying to weasel me out of my money like other places.
