Was told that i had an oil leak and transmission fuel leak when i was getting an oil change but this shop assured me that there wasn’t anything like that and even waived the inspection fee for me. Highly recommend

Just discovered this place after my vehicle failed a smog test over a stuck thermostat. They were very helpful, professional, and quick! They even offered to check the monitors free of charge after a few days to ensure they would pass before I got a smog re-test. Wish I had known about them before, but I will certainly be a regular customer going forward.

Fantastic service. They only charged for the work time done. Kneisel, where is go before, would charge an hour even if they only did 20 minutes. Not only did they have minimums which I understand but they didn't do partial time ever. It became extremely corporate after AAA took over, which is what they are now. Glad to find this place.

I originally found out about Evert Automative after looking up "female friendly mechanic in sacramento" and they were highly recommended. I brought in a car for a pre purchase inspection and they were very thorough and explained to me what the issues were and what to look for if I chose a different car and answered the questions I had. Ended up choosing a car in the bay area, so had to go to a different mechanic for that ppi, but I felt much more informed and confident about my decision after the advice from Evert. They're great at what they do and very honest. Highly recommended!

Rhonda and her staff at Evert Automotive and simply the best. They always do great, honest work. You can rest assure that your vehicle will be fixed correctly and you will not be taken advantage of. A truly honest shop, you can't say that about most auto repair shops. Evert is the best. I've been having any issue with my vehicles taken care of for 20 years. SIMPLY THE BEST OF THE BEST!

They are always on point at figuring out what is going on with my cars! Including maintenance! They will work with you to figure out best possible plans for attacking any of your car needs and try to save consumers any time and expense and best of all, they keep you informed and allow you to make decisions instead of pushing services on you! They moved from Elk Grove, but everyone I know has stuck with them in the new location! Trustworthy!

Rhonda, and now her daughter Sarah, are the best in the business!!! They are so knowledgeable and professional. Their customer service is amazing and I will never take my vehicles or let my daughters take their cars anywhere else! They are honest about when something does or doesn't need to be done and if it's an ASAP issue or not. They also let me know if it's something that really needs to be a factory made part only or they'll hunt for the best price on a cheaper part that will work just as good! The mechanics are just as great too. I trust all of their recommendations as well for things that are outside of their scope and will only go where they suggest. Can't say enough wonderful things about them! Don't go anywhere else!
