The old man at the desk is very rude ,three time I went they were funny acting. I believe the color of my skin was issue. Every time I went there they were funny acting and no matter what I needed from a simple tire pressure sensor or pressure solenoid for my transmission, the response was we don't do that when i saw their tech removing a whole transmission. . I ended up installing a new transmission solenoid on my transmission if your a good person and believe in God and stand against racism don't patronize thos business. If your black like me don't beg and kiss the tails,take your business elsewhere. I don't believe in trying to patronize or unprofessional business establishments , go some where else. This business claims to specialize in Toyota And Lexus

They told me I needed one side done and they did both sides without my knowledge. I was expecting to pay 300.00 they changed me 600.00 so I don't have anymore money for the rest of the month 😔 iam on a SS fixed income 😔 I hope they did a good job. It's going to be a long month

Owner is never there, and why have a phone line when you will NEVER answer it. Imagine how much business he's losing because he won't pick up the phone.

Good Honest 👍 mechanics Real talk I purchased the parts and left it with them to repair the vehicle / When they realize that wasn't the problem they fixed the problem told me the truth gave me the part back and I paid a lot less , than I thought I was going have to pay...🎭🥳👍

I can’t even get in touch with these people because they phones are always down! I had a friend recommend this place and I was gone give it a try before taking a long drive to them I wanted to speak with them over the phone first! Can’t make any appointments online because they don’t have a darn website! I rather be told something over the phone then to drive my messed up car over there just to be possibly turned back around because they could be busy on whatever day I come and can’t take a look at my car WHICH IS THE REASON THEY PHONES SHOULD BE WORKING!. Communication at all cost matters and could avoid problems in the long run! Looooorrrddd😡

The owner is very experienced mechanic, lots of knowledge, though communication and detailed customer service are not the highest skills. You just need to be patient. Place is busy and in the middle of nowhere but the outcome and price are worth the hassle.
