I was a loyal customer up until today . I had a leak in the oil pan and They couldn’t find the power steering pump was leaking. Instead they went to change the valve cover gasket . I think if he took the time to diagnose the problem , we would have resolved the problem The owner is always rushing and rude . He does not take the time to diagnose the problem and he does not like to answer questions that I have about the car . I don’t suggest you come up here unless it’s an oil change .

I been taking my cars to Jackie since he started working out of the shop on 13th Ave in the gas station and he's always been really good but I don't know if it's cus now he has this big shop or after the years he's gotten racist. Everytime I've taken my car recently it's always been a issue, for example I took my car in and was told I had to wait an hour to get my car on a lift...I stood there waiting watching several cars just pull in that speak the same language and he put them right in on lifts mind you he told me the hour wait was because they were on lunch meanwhile cars drove in after I been standing waiting and he let them go in with no problem. Sucks because I've done a ton of business and his mechanics and son are amazing but I'll be looking for a new mechanic until his son takes over or gets his own shop.

The store crew is not professional, my new vehicle is just 1 year, and go for the inspection, it should only charge me $10, but they charge me $37. And the inspection is not pass, they also charge me $37. Ask for the reason, they said no matter pass or fail, they will charge. For the fail reason, they can not answer correctly.

This is probably 1 year to late review, but definitely not a honest and will rip you off. I haven't done enough research on my own car when I use to go. Now that I have, they would sell you below average shitty replacements for double the price. After inspection, my lights for brake/tire came on a day after. Didn't even do a courtesy to check it properly for me. Said it was a faulty sensor and i would need to replace it, turns out it was just tire pressure, and not faulty sensory. Another time was my vehicle needing tire swap. Sold me shitty westlake tires for double the price of what it cost saying it was as good as my Michelin tires that came from factory. Go on your own risk, can't tell you if their practices change in the recent year but definitely will not come back.

打方向的一条钛油管直径大概0.375 漏油。升起拆开挡板cut断大概3寸，换一段塑料管，大概十五分钟，120刀。这是两年前，刚来一台二手车。现在时间长了回想 买感觉贵。还有次，难打火，那个应该是话事的说要换火嘴和清洗什么气门类的说我的车旧，要250刀。 叫他换了电池完事。看来他们对钱的压力也好大。

Amazing staff, brought 3 cars in 1 day. Oil changes, tire changes, alignment rack. They do it all and are very accommodating and will give honest responses.

Overpriced, went in for an inspection and oil change. They were fast but a little too fast (not even sure that they did a proper job). Asked them to look at my wipers since the fluid wasn’t coming. They didn’t even fix it. Would not recommend this place.

Have been coming here for years and I always receive honest, excellent, and reasonably priced service. On top of that the shop is very accommodating for walk-ins. Highly recommend if you’re in the area for car maintenance and quick repairs.

I’ve been coming here since the shop opened for oil changes, minor repairs, and car inspections. Pricing was excellent compared to other mechanic shops, but what made me return every time was the trust—an immaculate shop, and if you only speak English, no problem. Just ask for Daniel. Stop searching for a car mechanic shop and come to this one. The name says it all, EXCELLENT auto care.
