Josh is the man! He’s helped us out countless times and has always gone above and beyond. He is an incredibly knowledgeable mechanic and has worked on my Volkswagen, Toyota SUV and our RV. Never had a problem he can’t fix. Great communication, very fair prices and excellent service. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust and we are so grateful to know one like Josh!

He got us in for an emergency starter replacement for our work truck and got us back and running the same day I called him! He was prompt and communicated everything I asked very well, and his estimate and time was exactly what he said. (And also very fair) Hard to find a good mechanic these days- we will be back! we took our car to the shop, our brakes were grinding. Josh was very knowledgeable about the situation and very helpful. they fixed our brakes and gave us a great price. They took no shortcuts and I feel very comfortable about the repair. we will be coming back. thanks guys.

A two-faced thief, that simple. We were visiting city, I noticed exhaust water dripping on our car. I didn’t know that was normal (we live in all year cold weather and had never seen that in car). We drove to his alley shop he explained this. He charged us a $70 fee just to see us but said there would be no charge since there was nothing wrong with our car. He “cancelled” the charge. I thanked him and still offered him a $20 tip for his time and checking the car. He “reluctantly” accepted. I didn’t see the credit card bill till months later. Yeah, he cancelled the $70. Then charged the $23.60 (because he said his ap was not letting him charge just $20), then added a charge of $70, without me knowing. Charged me $93.60 dollars total. He never emailed or texted that second bill like he did the first one. It was past the 90 days to contest the charge with the credit card.

Don't waste your time with other mechanics, the name reflects the service. Josh is very insightful, professional, and delivers results for your vehicle. He repaired the brakes, rotors, battery, and AC in my honda accord before driving 2,600 miles to the east coast. I will always remain grateful for the connection.

*HANDS DOWN BEST MECHANIC EXPERIENCE GARUNTEED * I called last night around 5pm with my car not even starting because my starter blew out! Not only did Josh, the head mechanic, set up a next morning appointment, he also has the plug on new good quality parts. I did my research for a new starter at all the stores near me, and Josh matched the price for his parts and brought it with him the next morning! He pulled up the next morning and got straight to business ! His younger mechanic finished my car in a half an hour, which was the only bad part ! (I payed for an hour and a half and he finished it in 30!) But the pricing was still good and my car is back to brand new. Not only did he call to make sure everything went well. He even told me there’s a warrant for my part! All around great dudes, with a great professional spirit to them. Hit them if you thinking about it. You won’t be disappointed !

I found josh on google when I typed in “mobile mechanic” he was highly rated and he didn’t disappoint. It was a Saturday, 2-3 weeks ago, My dad and I were taking our old motorhome to a shop to get the brakes fixed (we already knew there was something wrong). The brakes kept locking up and we thought it was calipers pinching the wheel. We ended up only going less than two miles and we had to park off the road in an apartment complex. He came to us even quicker than he said he would. He correctly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and fixed it. He had to leave for a moment to get the part, but he rushed back to get us rolling again. He saved us. And it was a fair and honest price.

My experience with this establishment is that the owner Josh seems to be a straight forward guy, with an old school hard work ethic. If he has made mistakes with other people in the past, I can not speak to them. I had a no start issue, which he confirmed was the starter on the spot. After that I could have technically done done the work myself but decided my money was worth more then my time and had no problem letting the man make his money doing what he does. He didn't give me a good price but he charged me a fair price and what the job was worth. He was honest with me and I would do more business with him in the future.

This place is horrible I went to get my breaks fixed they came out squeaking worse than what they were from the beginning. I went back so he can look at them he tries to tell me it’s my transmission. I ask him to look at the rotors he take the wheel off and tell his assistant to put the wheel back on everything is fine. The problem is he never resurfaced the rotors when he changed the pads like he was suppose to so he ruined my new break pads and today I had to go else where to pay for new break plus buy rotors due to his negligence. Then he gets on the phone lying in my ear telling me what he offered to do to my car. Then he tells me hopefully he can make up with a discounted oil change. I have two small children and wife brakes are not something to play with. I would never go back to this guy and if you value your life I wouldn’t go to him either but if it’s a risk you willing to take for a decent price good luck and be my guest! If I could give negative stars he’d get the max!

Crooked mechanic. DO NOT go here!!! I came here to get my car fixed, and at first, the mechanic Josh or whatever his name is seemed legit. Don't be fooled. He uses his charisma to reel you in. He overcharged me on something he didn't fully fix. He gave me back my car and I only got around the block before I realized that my car was still making the same funny noise as before. So of course I took it back immediately. He played it off like he didn't hear the noise. He could have fixed both problems to my car at the same time, but decided to only do one at a time so he could charge me more for labor (taking everything off and on twice). And guess what? My car was never the same after, and it took me 3 months to figure out he had put the wrong axle on my car, which gave me more issues. He really set me back! Save yourself the trouble and don't go here.

I called Excellent Auto Care in a bit of a panic, as I had just found out that my car was in unsafe driving condition, due to a needed repair. When I explained my situation to the owner, Josh, he worked me in right away. The repair was completed in a timely manner, at an affordable price. My car has been running great, ever since.

I am so happy I found this place. Another 'mobile mechanic' ripped me off for several hundred dollars, this is the HONEST GUY that I found after the dishonest guy. I brought my car over to 'Excellent Auto Care' on Carlton Rd. to have it fixed. I knew I was at the right place, as, the Mechanic heard my axle joint clicking when I turned into the parking lot! This guy fixed me up, my car was repaired after the other mechanic left it a mess. I KNOW this Mechanic spent more hours than not into fixing my car,. I am grateful that I found JOSH!!! He is my new go to Mechanic that I can trust!! Thank YOU JOSH! You ROCK!!! HC

I took my car here for regular maintenance. The owner Josh was polite and nice. He explained to me what was going to be looked at and how much it was going to cost. He was upfront and honest and had a fair price. I will be definitely taking my car back for regular maintenance and any needed repairs. THANKS JOSH!!!
