I recently had the pleasure of getting my car serviced at Exclusive Automotive and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, they provided an honest quote that was both reasonable and transparent. The work was completed exactly as quoted, with no hidden fees or unexpected charges. Their trustworthiness and professionalism were evident throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find an automotive service that you can rely on, but Exclusive Automotive has certainly earned my trust. Logan here is excellent. He was very patient and explained everything about the repairs answering all my questions. Did all necessary repairs for a good price. I will definitely be going here only for any future repairs. Went back for another repair. Micah and team are fabulous too. They know what they are doing and can be trusted.

We've been taking our vehicles to Exclusive Automotive since 2015 and there is no other mechanic we'd consider taking them to in the valley. As friendly and professional as they come, they make a point to provide repair services, not sell repair services. I've been talked out of getting services when they knew my budget was constrained and it's always appreciated to know I can trust when they say something it absolutely necessary, strongly recommended, or non essential in the moment. Id recommend them to anybody in Las Vegas.

Exclusive has always been good to me. They explain things well, and stand by their work. They don't try to over-sell you things you don't need, and perform their work in a timely manner. Micah is great at customer service and communication!

I utilized Costco’s referral program and found this place. Marcella and Micah were both awesome! I had my alternator replaced on my 2006 Honda Odyssey. And, although I didn’t have an appointment, they were able to squeeze me in and complete the repairs within 2 days. The price was very reasonable too, I even called three other repair shops for quotes and no one was able to match it. On another note, I read a couple of negative reviews with people mentioning some staff using curse words. Come on, folks. This is hard work for them. And, don’t act like you’ve never heard the words before.

Took my Nissan in for an obvious gas leak under the fuel filler neck. I showed Evan the picture and said it was taken under the passenger rear quarter panel. That’s where the leak is . See first photo Evan called to tell me no leak detected, I picked up vehicle on Friday. It is now Sunday and the leak is still there and obviously showing two actual drips. See second photo He didn’t look where I told him to look, passenger rear quarter where the filler neck is located, but instead, he looked under the rear end of my car. See third photo. Instructions were pretty simple for a Class lll fuel leak! NEVER AGAIN

We have been using Exclusive Automotive for many years and are always happy with their performance. Trust is difficult to earn in the automotive repair industry but we trust Exclusive Automotive implicitly! They NEVER recommend a repair unless it needs to be done. We drive 30 miles one way to get to them and it is worth that long drive. They have been keeping our elderly Sequoia running in topnotch shape since they opened and we appreciate it immensely. Love them!

Shout out to Exclusive Automotive Repair for their teams professionalism. Costco referred them to me, after purchasing tires, for a wheel alignment. I called around and they had the best price even before the 15% Costco discount. No up selling which is always a pleasant surprise.

This place is top notch! We were amazed at the kindness, knowledge and top notch service we received. We explained the issue we were running into, what the other places had done, they did a diagnostic review, and found all the issues and explained everything. They even sent us photos of what the previous person had done and never disclosed that was causing the issue. They fixed everything same day and from start to finish were so friendly and communicative. They went above and beyond and we can’t thank them enough! We plan on doing all regular car maintenance there so we know our vehicle will be safe and we’ll taken care of without issues! Plus you won’t find friendlier staff members! We are so grateful for this place and no longer need to stress! I highly recommend this place for all car needs!!!

Very professional and complete services. We kind of found them by accident but glad we did. Even though its a bit of a drive, they are centrally located and they always finish on time. Highly recommend this shop.

We've been taking our cars into Exclusive for over 12-13 years. Our grandkids are taking their cars to them now. They've always been professional and welcoming. Their mechanics are top notch...honest, fair, and knowledgeable.

I cant tell you how great these guys are! I got here about 15 min before opening, and the front door was open. I needed an oil change, and they had a full morning scheduled. Michael was so kind to grab my car, and he started working on it before they even opened. They're so fast, and if any problems arise they always fix or help u out ASAP. Thankyou so much guys! You're seriously the best!

I took my car in for check on a small oil leak. They checked it out and gave me a diagnosis of what was occurring. I have been taking my cars to Exclusive for many years and have NEVER been disappointed with the work and cost. They are always fair priced and their work is excellent. This is the only business I will allow to work on my cars.

These guYs are nice enough but didn't do much for diagnosis and left a wrench on the top of my engine that almost got sucked into a belt. Could have definitely added a little more care for my family's wallet and patience.left much to be desired
