I will always have a Honda as long as Exclusive is around. Have been going there since 2002 when several women I worked with spoke highly of them. This time I needed several repairs and they let me know ahead of time, before they did any work, what specifically needed to be done and how much it would be. This was all done conveniently by text. They did what I asked except for one thing which they said they'd do no charge next time I get an oil change. Yay!

I always go here and always will. Their competition recommended them. They are expert and professional every step of the way. I really appreciate the fact they Do Not upsell you. They may have suggestions about things that need attention, then they let you decide. I couldnt be happier. They hit your vehicle like a pit crew and you could literally eat off the shop floor.

Had my timing belt changed. They inspected the car let me know what else I needed done. They changed the light bulb inside the car at no cost. Sometimes it’s the little things that bring people back!! Great service, done as promised at a good price. I will be using them again!! I used them a second time and everything went as planned. I needed a lot done and they were able to get it done quickly and the price was reasonable! Will continue to use them!

Recently took my 2013 Pilot in for routine service. For Exclusive routine service includes a bumper to bumper inspection. When Exclusive finds an issue, they flag it and then categorize it based on severity and immediacy of need for repair. During my last visit the mechanic/technicians found an oil leak potentially impacting the alternator. I trust the mechanics, technicians and service advisors, so if they tell me it needs immediate attention I move on it. Exclusive Repair has proven they act in their customers best interest. Thank you for your honesty and integrity. As long as I own a Honda I’ll always turn to Exclusive.

I am truly thankful for Exclusive Repair. They care about keeping Hondas on the road. They have taken care of my van for several years now. My 2013 van has 300,000 miles on it and that is thanks to ER. They have given our family the confidence that we are safe in our old van. They are honest about what preventive maintenance items are needed to keep our van safely on the road and what items can wait. They are knowledgeable enough to get to the root cause of any concern that I may have with my van. I moved to a town over 200 miles away from ER but feel it is well worth the return trip to have them work on my vehicle. I recently had an issue with my van and there was a clicking sound when I turn left. I made the mistake of taking it to a Brakes Plus where I live, leading me to waste almost $2,500. I had to go back to ER to correctly get my van diagnosed.
