I have been faithfully taking my cars here since I was in college and now my husband does, too. They always go above and beyond to get me in if I have an issue, even if it means moving things around. This holds true for even the newest customers. The service is always immaculate. Kind, knowledgeable and respectful staff. Competitive pricing, too. As long as we own a Honda or Acura, this is where we will go.

I LOVE exclusive repair!! They’re always the kindest people and can squeeze me in when I’m back from college for only a few days. They’re so reasonably priced especially for oil changes. Great shop would recommend every time.

I am always confident to bring my cars here (this is my 4th CR-V) because I trust in the ability and integrity of everyone at Exclusive. They make sure I know which services are needed, but never push. It’s helpful to know what’s coming up, and whether it’s safe to wait till the next visit. Definitely worth the 80-mile drive to come only here!!

I have been using Exclusive Honda on and off for I think 20 years. I go there for some of the more difficult things on my cars. They were very helpful in diagnosing a Honda problem and I really appreciate them.

The only place I’ll take my Honda! Just visited them for the first time today for a trans service and it was a top 10 retail experience- I have nothing but good things to say. The staff was super nice - interacted with several of the guys - were super knowledgeable and were so fair on pricing I can’t believe it! They even threw in a little freebie (not gonna say what), but they made a minor repair without even charging me! Also sold me a battery cause mine was weak and I got a Honda battery for only $180 installed! My new favorite shop, tied with Toyo techs

I’ve been a customer of Exclusive Repair for around 7 years and I have never before felt such loyalty to a service provider. They are knowledgeable, efficient, fair, and honest. Times has changed the service has gotten reckless. I took my car in for an oil change and they did that thanks and I need my headlights needed to be removed and replaced and they did that thanks. But the problem is when they fixed the passenger side headlight they put a big dent in my hood and gave the car back and didn't say a word. This was not cool. In the pass they change my oil and everything else that went with that. I really didn't care for this service.
