I just called this place and the guy on the who picked up the phone was rude and a total dick all I was doing was asking for info on their prices he was answering with a very rude tone I didn’t wanna hear his voice any longer and hung up. I would never take my business to a place like this.

Same day service doesn’t even explain it. I called in the morning and Frank asked me to come in at 3. When I got there, he drove my 24 ft Minnie Winnie RV onto his lift, raised it and diagnosed a bad cat converter. He replaced it immediately and I was in and out in less than an hour. Frank is the owner and an expert in all things exhaust. I know I saved money over going to one of the chains and I know he’ll stand behind his work. Bring your auto exhaust issues here. I’ll go back if I ever have a need again!

Frank has assisted me with three exhaust jobs over the last 20+ years and I've always been extremely pleased with his level of service and very fair pricing. He's an absolutely great guy as well! Frank is really good at what he does. I think sometimes he is just quiet and hard to read but if you can open him up he is a really nice person. He has always done good work for me at a good price.

In regards to Christopher Von Brandt,s review. I am sorry for the misunderstanding. I do install carry in item except for catalytic converters since they are regulated by the E.P.A, If i told you i would install a part you purchased. I must have misunderstood that you were talking about the catalytic converter and not just a down pipe. There are down pipes that don't have converters and there are some with them.

I feel compelled to share my extremely frustrating experience with Exhaust Specialist. I initially contacted them to verify if I could purchase downpipes from elsewhere and have them installed at their shop. The person I spoke with assured me that it wouldn't be a problem and quoted me a price of $100 for the installation. Based on that information, I proceeded to purchase the downpipes, spending a significant amount of money totaling $700. However, when I called back to schedule the installation, I was shocked to be informed that it is against “company policy” to install parts purchased elsewhere. This sudden change of stance left me in a very difficult and inconvenient situation. Not only am I now stuck with a costly part that I'm unable to install, but I will also have to deal with the hassle of returning it and face additional restocking fees. Furthermore, I must now begin the search for another professional who can perform the installation, causing unwarranted delays in repairing my vehicle. I am deeply disappointed by the inconsistency and misleading information provided by Exhaust Specialist. I trusted their word and acted in good faith based on the information provided during our initial conversation. Sadly, this trust was misplaced and has resulted in wasted time, money, and added frustration. I hope that this review serves as feedback for the company to improve their communication and customer service practices moving forward. It is crucial for businesses to maintain consistency in their responses, as customers rely on accurate information to make informed decisions. Regrettably, my experience dealing with Exhaust Specialist has been nothing short of regrettable. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for Exhaust Specialist to rectify their communication issues and prevent other customers from undergoing similar delays and disappointments.

This guy is the best..... No one will touch my vehicle ever again except this gentleman..... I would suggest calling and setting an appointment - Inform him of the basic needs - Do the rest of the talking in person..... He will work with you.... Honest hard working man - The last of few.
