Had to escalate to repair pal to have my maxcare warranty agreement honored. If you have a carmax warranty and he tries to charge you extra, go to repairpal partner relations and escalate, they'll take care of you.

Did a amazing job on our radiator was completely blown and needed to be replaced we didn't have the money but the nice gentleman helped us set up snap to get it paid for and worked on amazing customer service will go back again thank you exo

Had my truck worked on here, been referred to this shop by my family and friends and they did not let me down one bit. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that needs a shop that is reliable and takes care of not just your car but also you. Honest and hard working shops like these are hard to come by, if u had any doubts with shops, or where you should go to get your vehicle fixed or just general maintenance this is the place. They took care of me and my truck and for that I am grateful.

I had them try and fix the air conditioning 2014 GMC pickup they've taken over $500.00 didn't fix it I had to go get truck after 10 days and 2 appointment's and now they won't answer the phone don't recommend them swing and a miss

Showed up at 830 and the guy walked up to my car saying i didn't have to wait till 9 they were open then there was a lot of cars out front so I asked him are these cars still needing to get fixed he said a lot of them were waiting for parts I said oh okay well I put an appointment out for 2 weeks to be here for my rear main seal to get fixed and he said well did you pay for the part I said no because the guy never told me over the phone that I needed to pay for the part first so I ended up leaving because I did not want to wait weeks in to get my car fixed there was not even going to lie like 20 cars out front that still need to be fixed sucks I wasted so much time I could have got my car fixed a long time ago from another place

We've taken our vehicles to them for a few years now. They're reasonably priced and when they quote us for the work, it's usually for more than we end up paying which is so nice and they're very professional!!

Any contact I've had with Exo has been respectful. I have connected with them three times for brake work and diagnostics, and I have never felt pressure, frustration, or impatience. Even when things were confusing, they were able to explain and communicate according to my needs and questions. They have a lot of positive energy and every time I have been on site, they display dedicated, honest effort, and seem to really enjoy their work. I give them five out of five stars!!

I can't recommend this place enough. I drove from New Mexico to a conference and my vehicle engine light came home. Exo Auto's owner personally made sure personally to get my vehicle inspected (Audi 2018) so that I can get back on the road. He allowed me to completely jump the line since I was from out of town. Great company, and great owner.

I took my car in today, to see about my AC. I didn't get the gentleman's name but he was so nice. He told me what the problem might be. And he was right. He then told me he wasn't going to be able to squeeze me in till next week. I was bummed cause we were going out of town. He then told me He would get me in. That made me so happy. Then he told me roughly how much it was going to cost to fix it. He had me sold. I will be bringing my car here from now on

I took my truck in for an alignment at the recommendation of my tire shop after getting new tires. My truck has never driven this well. Special thanks to Tom and the guys for getting me in and out on short notice.

These guys do great work. They replaced the broken parts in my transmission and when another problem popped up, they were super helpful in Fixing it again. They were also fair with the pricing for all of it, both times.

Do not recommend they kept fixing the problem that actually never fixed the problem don't take your car to them I was charged outrageously but my car never got fixed, don't take your car to them

Exo was very helpful in diagnosing my vehicle's issue. They answered all my questions and helped me to understand what was going on with the vehicle. They exceeded my expectations and had the vehicle fixed sooner than quoted. Tom and Jake are the mechanics you need assisting you through the times when your vehicle becomes unreliable. They were referred to us by another auto mechanic and we will definitely be using them again in the future if needed. Thanks again Exo for the help!
