Do not come here to get your car fixed they have people that do not know what they are doing I got a switch put on my car and they rushed to do it and now my whole car is malfunctioning you get exactly what you pay for here and the owner does not give a dam what goes on he will just take your money TAKE YOUR CAR TO FIRESTONE OR A REPUTABLE PLACE THEY ARE NOT IT

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! I took my car here for motor work THAT HE LIED ABOUT ME NEEDING and this is how it was returned. He used his shop as a chop shop to do this to my vehicle. This business has been dissolved since 2018 according to the Secretary of State of TN. I will be filing court docks today, this is illegal. If you have had any work done on your car I advise you to seek legal counsel. He refused to give me my keys because I would not pay storage, who would pay storage and this is who it was returned? Where was it stored on the street? He then stated he sold the car, the car belongs to the bank. Please do not. Please.

The worst experience. Going there ruined almost my whole day. He put my part on correct but he had the worst attitude all because my mom asked do he provide new or used car parts. Also got a attitutude with my boyfriend cause he asked a question. People want to know about your service if they are spending there money. He was pushy and rushed me out. Also told me to come back in 3 hours and i left and he called me back in 35 minutes rushing me and saying he is about to close when he just told me three hours. Called me and my mom three times. Like he coulved inconvienienced us. I guess he is tired of doing his job but never should a person have an attitude with customers all because a question was asked. I almost told him just take the part of and forget it. Then my mom asked to test drive it and he acted like we couldnt even do that. So my mom asked can he test it so he pulls up a little not turning out of the lot. We are literally the calmest and nicest. You shouldnt treat people like that becasue everybody has stress in there life but that do not mean get an attitude and talk to them any kind of way cause your mad at the world.

I called this place because it was near to my son's basketball practice. I wanted to get my rear tail light fixed while waiting on him. He was just rude for no reason. I couldn't hear him well through the mask. I asked him to repeat his instructions. He got mad. Eventually he throws his arms up and says you're wasting my time. I will never return.

I went in because my engine was not picking up speed the ac air was not blowing out hard threw the vents and also the driver side had a rumble when I drive he said to me he will fix everything for 800$ after I get my truck back it was doing the same exact thing and I told him he said come back Monday he did not look at my air or he did not fix the problem. with lost of power , In over the weekend I heard a noise underneath I looked and there was a bolt that was on my axle that was not tight which was causing a noise now they have my vehicle and I ls cutting and has a torch to change the motor mount which was problem from start.. while waiting another man comes back because he paid 2000 dollars for his vehicle be fixed and now it's not.... This guy is a rip off

Very unprofessional and not knowledgeable about performing work on cars. Was on YouTube when I walked up on how to diagnose a car when I asked for help wasn’t direct on charges before work was done then over charged me for changing my breaks and then don’t have card reader. Don’t waste your hard earned money or time. The guy is a liar. God don’t like ugly.

I advise nobody to go here, especially if you aren’t familiar with the basics of cars. HE WILL GET OVER ON YOU!!! He will claim he did this and that with your car but doesn’t provide the receipts or anything of what he have done because the work wasn’t done on it in the first place. His Mechanic literally told me that Mo doesn’t do the work he claims. He charged me $150 just for me to find out all he did was change my ignition coils around because they were plugged up wrong. Literally a 10 sec job. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND HIM TO NOBODY!!

Speaking on my own experience. I was very pleased with the work done on my Chevy Blazer which had a major oil leak. Moe did the diagnostics found out the problem showed it to me, and had his team take care of it in 2 days due to a part arriving late. The price was more than what I expected but not outrageous . Considering the work needed to be done I'm happy Moe and his team was able to fix my car a1. I'm not from Memphis moe knew that but still was honest and delivered. I will be using moe for all my cars in memphis. Just my experience can't speak on anybody else experience but I would like to thank moe and his staff for fixing my truck correctly and not just doing a temporary fix which is common . I'll update if needed but for now this place is good with me.. He also did a free dignostics on my brother Ac ✊

The owner MOE gets over on women due to knowing that most women have little to no knowledge about cars...I dont re commend this place..He claim to do a diagnostic test but still have u paying for unnecessary labor only to still have to turn around and pay more money to him to fix the REAL issue that he knew about all alone. MOE DRIVE CUSTOMER Cars that they drop off for his own personal use. Please run from this place but if you must and you're a woman, TAKE A MAN WITH YOU or you'll be out of waaaaay more money than you should.

RUN RUN RUN! SCAM ARTIST! Stay away from this place they will steal your money and pretend they are fixing your vehicle and when you bring it back they say they have no record of doing the work. The owner Mo is a liar and a thief. My mother took her truck in to get the motor repaired. Instead of getting a used motor “Mo” insisted that we get the motor rebuilt. After 2 weeks and $2800 later he promised that the vehicle would be running like brand new. LIES… The truck was still driving like it was before and none of the motor parts had been replaced. When we returned he acted like he had no knowledge of fixing the truck (even though he was the only one that had worked on the vehicle). He was very rude and condescending and kept asking us to leave because we were scaring off his customers. Obviously he destroyed all the documents associated with our motor and at the time we were not able to find the receipt. We will be taking this crook to court shame on this man that claims to be a man of GOD.
