I hate that we let the 5 star reviews fool us - the experience started off great then quickly turned into a headache. Front desk is the only positive experience we had and what lured us in. She was kind, personable, and even gave us a ride home after we dropped off our car. We had high hopes that we'd finally be free of all the stress we've been dealing with our car. We requested to have our spark plugs changed - we opted to get our own since they charge over double the cost and almost $150 for 1 hr of labor. We asked them check out one of our tires since the low pressure sensor kept going off. After inspection they said there was nothing wrong and blamed my senor, despite being visibly low. We took it to another shop right after and they immediately found a screw in the tire. We also asked to have the a/c recharged. They claim to have worked on it and apparently drove it a mile to confirm it was repaired. It still isn't blowing cold air, even after bringing it back a second time and them "fixing" it again after claiming they accidently overcharged it. They performed an oil change on the car without our approval and we felt pressured to pay for it, despite it being a mistake on their part. They also took out my battery and began replacing that too, something else we never asked for or approved. Then they did a poor job reinstalling my original battery and the terminals were almost broken off due to their careless work. Apparently they're selling and closing in a month so I assume they're just trying to take whatever money they can get. Stay far away from this shop if you care about your $ and your sanity.

Had an emergency oil leak while traveling and they got me in and out in less than 2 hours. Great service, great price and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing! Joni in the office was so kind and made me feel so comfortable bringing my car in. They got my repairs done so quickly and were so gracious about me bringing it in the day before Thanksgiving. Thank you for a great experience!

We use the shop for our fleet. I also use this shop for my personal cars from Mercedes to BMW to my Cadillac.. and of course the Chevys and etc. Some of those foreign cars some shops have no business working on. This shop can handle it all.

1000% recommend this repair shop!! The check engine light went on on my rental car during a week long road trip, and expert auto took us first thing in the morning to be sure we’d get back on the road safely. They went above and beyond to make the minor repairs needed and assured us we’d be ok to drive the 1500 miles we had to go- we had no issues the entire rest of the trip thanks to them and had peace of mind! They truly cared about our wellbeing and did a fantastic job.

Had an issue with a bumper driving from Tucson to Phoenix. Due to the type of vehicle I have other mechanics would not assist me. The people at Expert Auto help me on the spot, removed the bumper so I could continue on my trip. They did it for FREE/would not accept payment and were the nicest people. Thank you for your help; highly recommend!!

Had a serpentine belt broken and tension pully fixed checked to confirm that I will need to repair my transmission Robbie is an amazing mechanic and helped me a lot the lady in the office (sorry forgot your name) was the sweetest woman ever thank you for being so nice to and helping me. The car is running great thankful to you both for helping me. Plus your dog is so cute I'll be back to have more work done thank you. Oh and thank you for fixing the trim underneath my front bumper just noticed it today

Rob and his business were recommended to me it did to me as I bought a truck in Arizona and needed to have it driven back to Seattle. Not only did he do a great job finding a couple of things that may have ruined our trip back, and taking care of them, but he also picked up the vehicle had it taken to a tire shop found a couple good use tires and did the overall maintenance for about half of what he originally quoted me. The truck made it back with no hiccups and I would highly recommend Rob and his team
