Amazing place to get your car checked out and fixed! Staff were absolutely amazing and despite a garage door temporarily having trouble still made me a priority allowing me to get in and out in a reasonable time! Damon in particular helped me understand what needed to be fixed, kept me in the loop, and even helped me work around my razor thin budget. This is truly one of the best places I’ve found for car repairs and I highly recommend coming here if you need repairs done!

This shop destroyed my jeep. I needed an alternator and a new battery installed and a lock on my driver side door fixed. I got my jeep back and the “fix” for the door lock was: I can only lock myself out of the door. Also got my jeep back from them and now my headlights and taillights would not work. Which could have been corrected by them by instead they lied and tried to tell me some story about a homeless guy that could have gone around working on cars. Instead of making it right and fixing what they did wrong they tried to shift blame to an imaginary homeless mechanic. Then since neither my taillights or my headlights worked I was unable to get to work. It took 3 months to get my money back from them and I’m that time I had no way of getting to work besides Uber. When all they had to do was fix their mistake. Instead I lost that job which also made things harder for me and my son because I had no way of getting to work or him to school besides Ubers and all I came to this shop for was to install a battery and alternator and fix a door lock. I came out of it feeling robbed and taken advantage of like it was one of those places that damages vehicles to try and get customers to be forced to get additional repairs. These people are sketchy enter at your own risk. I had to get a new car because of them “fixing” my jeep. Terrible service. Do not take care of customers. They refuse to make it right when they ruin your vehicle.

I have doing business with Expert Auto since they opened their first store MANY years agi. Faisal, and his employees are the kindest, service oriented individuals. They want you to leave knowing they are truly experts at car maintenance and will fairly assess and repair your vehicle at competitive prices! Damon at the Washington store and his mechanics as so friendly! They listen, asess, explain what’s going on and will fix it guaranteed! That has truly been my experience and why I go back everytime! They know me by name and are courteous, truly value me as a person and customer! Give them a try-I believe you won’t be disappointed! You’ll walk out with a smile!

Super friendly and professional! I'd recommend to anyone who needs any car work done to go see Damon! I had taken my car to two other shops before I came with no luck, finally someone listened to me and fixed the problem right the first time!

I highly recommend going here. The mechanic Jesse was very helpful and nice and kind in the front desk was very kind to and explained to me what was going on. I definitely recommend this place. They have done good work before in the past with my car and I have a Dodge avenger and sometimes those cars are very hard to get fixed, but I highly recommend this place. They know what they’re doing.

Great customer service. I went there for a flat and found out they are basically a mechanic shop. Now I've got them doing front end and engine work. Quality technicians and a great price. They were will to work with me on paying for repairs. I know where I'm going for everything automotive in the future.

One of the best places I've gone for automotive work. Great service. Excellent quality. I'd recommend every time. They even did a free eval on a wreck and got me in the same day, with no expectations of services being purchased for the eval.

Expert Auto Center came through for me BIGTIME. I had a strange situation. I am working in Florida and my car was sent from a terrible BMW shop to BMW of Wichita, where they wanted to charge me over $1300 for a job that was completed. I had my 535iX flatbedded to Expert where Shawn Hanson worked a miracle and did the same job for one fifth the price. I will be forever grateful.

This is the 2nd time I've used Expert Auto to service my vehicle. Both times I dealt with Damon at 2 different shop locations and both times the experience was A+. The customer service is what impressed me the most. Consistent updates and transparency throughout the entire diagnostic and repair process was very much appreciated! Excellent prices too when compared to what was offered at similar shops and all of their equipment is top of the line. Will definitely use them again!
