I took my older car there with complaints of 2 different issues. They kept the car and into the next morning. The point I'm making is of the time that they put into diagnosing my problems. 1 was a transmission issue and they told me that they didn't handle that, its OK. The 2nd issue would have probably cost a lot and then maybe not even worked correctly. I'm ok with their honesty. When I picked up my car I asked for the bill and they just said that there was nothing to charge for. I know labor isn't free to them but I was floored. I will always return and also tell EVERYONE where to take their cars. They do business the old fashioned way with honesty and integrity!!! Thanks!!!

I took my 21 year old truck to the 13th Street location to have my upper ball joints replaced. They looked at it and discovered my lower ball joints were bad too. They told me what would need to be done and the price before any work was started. I only had to wait 1 day before they got my truck in the shop and the work was completed the same day it was started. I am very happy with the work that was done and now have peace of mind that my old truck is safe to drive. Brayden and everyone else I talked to were very friendly and professional. I will return and recommend to others in the future.

We took our jeep in with start stop problem. Sean squeezed us into his busy day to help us. We have come to this shop many times with our jeep and truck. Great service, great prices, great customer service. Will always come back highly recommend.

Outstanding in every area when it came to car repair. I found them by accident when my car suddenly died in Wichita. They were really busy and gave me an estimated time to be able to diagnose and fix of a few days. They had it fixed in 1 days and were very reasonable. I had other car repair companies in Wichita try to tell me they needed to look at a whole bunch of issues and it gave me the feeling that they were going to find things they could replace that didn’t need replacing. Not Expert Auto. Will be taking all my vehicles to them from now on. Great work and extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Edit: review below is outdated, but I'm leaving it there for posterity. I've reduced from 5/5 stars to 3/5, unfortunately: after taking my car again to another shop (Global Collision Centers), their mechanic fixed an issue Expert Auto somehow missed twice over, from the first time I took it in, to the second time I reported uncomfortable noises. The issue turned out to be loose bolts on both sway bar links, causing extremely concerning / discomforting mechanical sounds that they explained as being "the new springs in the shock absorbers needing to settle in", which to be fair felt plausible, but was ultimately not the case. I'm not a mechanic myself, but... that felt like a very elementary miss, and a miss made two times. So, I felt the job Expert Auto did was lacking, in hindsight, for what I paid out of pocket, and I probably won't be coming again. :( ------------------------------------------------------------ ORIGINAL REVIEW: I absolutely can't say enough about this place! Even with the labor shortage and a packed schedule of cars coming in, the staff were very kind and very appreciative of patience and understanding. They even promptly texted me a copy of the estimate upon request! What I saw was what I paid. When it came time for my car to be taken in for struts + tire replacements, they were able to get it all done within the next day—and mind you, those struts had to be shipped in and custom-built in the shop for my car model, as they tried every strut they had and discovered that none of the ones they had on hand would fit my car. No big deal, I just had to take it home and bring it back once the parts came in. And yet, they still left my car in better shape than when I brought it in, because they adjusted one of my struts, which was jammed up too high into the car, and pulled it out so my car drove better than before! After the work was done, I thought maybe something went wrong, because I was hearing odd noises from the new struts when I drove, so I took it back for them to investigate: turns out it was just the springs in the shock absorbers needing more time to settle. Because the repairs are under warranty, I can take it back again at a later time if the problems persist! I have had terrible luck with mechanics and body shops in the past. This feels like the first time I've found a place that is competent. I've found people who know what they're talking about, who care about a job well done, and are happy to share what knowledge they have if you ask for it. I absolutely love that, and I'm not taking my business elsewhere, as long as I can manage not to. Easy 5/5.

They're professional, but they sure don't share with each other what they say to a customer. Prices are very, very steep for a valve stem. I fact one employee had already told me it wasn't the valve stem. So if I would have known before I'd never went back. This just puts more of a distrust in this business.

Another auto repair facility recently installed new brakes on my car. Soon after, I started hearing noises coming from the rear of the car. I disregarded the noise for awhile but I finally did the right thing and took it to Expert Auto to have the noise diagnosed. I did not have an appointment, I simply dropped the car off. Within an hour, Expert Auto diagnosed and fixed the problem. The facility that installed the brakes had left off an inner caliper bracket bolt...not good. Again, Expert Auto identified the problem, fixed the problem within an hour without an appointment...and did not charge me anything. That's tremendous customer service. Highly, highly recommended!!!

Damon and his crew are knowledgeable and honest with the pricing and quickly fixed my ac in my car. They truly had my best interest in mind and gave me peace in the stressful situation! 10/10 recommend I will be suggesting this company to all my friends and family and will be a returning customer!! Damon and his team are awesome. I watched Damon interact with multiple customers including some senior citizens. He was patient, kind and explained the information in layman's terms. I also spoke with a tech and he listened and was attentive in understanding the issue with my truck. Thank you guys!

I had a starter go out on my car and had it towed here the same day...they had a brand new starter in my car and everything was working great again by NOON the NEXT DAY! Prices were much better compared to other options around town...special shout out to the manager Damon Greer for the fast, prompt service!

My son went here after telling him to use my mechanic and they did $1300 worth of work only to find out they loosened his sway bar, I guess so he would have to come back. I am appalled at this business. They took advantage of a young man after charging him so much. Not sure if they even fixed anything. Don't ever go here as they will loosen or break other parts in order to get you to return

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Expert Auto center in Wichita, KS. I cannot stress enough how much I do not recommend this place to anyone. They completely mishandled my situation, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied. Not only did they charge me for a service that wasn't fixed, but they also outright refused to address the actual issue with my vehicle. It's evident that their customer service and technical skills are severely lacking. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Expert Auto center at all costs!
