Let me start by saying WOW. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else. They are very cognizant of your time and the importance of your vehicle. They were very transparent about the work that needed to be done and that is such a stark change from other places I’ve experienced where they try to “upsell” you on everything. I took my car to another shop and They messed it up. I found Big Sam on google and told me to bring my car in. They checked my car out and told me what I needed to do to fix my problem. They offered me financing for 0% interest and helped me get back on the road. They did an amazing job. They are really fair and honest people.

I took my car to them for what I thought was transmission trouble. Happily they found the problem and fixed it. They also found other problems. They fixed everything and my car runs like new. It’s a 2012 Honda Odyssey. I’d be happy to refer them to anyone who needs expert repair work on their car. I found everyone there to be very courteous and attentive to my needs. Thanks guys.

This place has been around for awhile and has always done solid work. I first learned of them while driving my Plymouth Neon. With proper care, I had the car for 13 years. That’s just how solid their work is. I now have a Toyota. Since it’s high mileage, it’s beginning to need more work that usual. The quality of the work at Expert is still sound. I had an exhaust leak late last year, and they repaired it for me with no problem AND their quote was the cheapest one I’d received. This time, I had a sick engine. They pinpointed the problems immediately and took care of it. I got my car back same day! Their pricing is fair. Explanations of repairs and costs are clear and thorough. Staff are professional as well. Overall, my experience with them has been consistently good.

I came in because my alignment was off I asked him to check my suspension I was also hearing noises from my back brakes they took pictures and sent me a detailed report they ended up fixing my front suspension and replacing my brakes they did an amazing service and solved my problem. They were very friendly and communication was very good. 👍

They fixed my chevy suburban! My transmission went out on my truck. After they diagnosed osed my car the sent me a detailed picture report showing me the metal shavings in my transmission fluid. The replaced my transmission and my car drives better than before. The guys in the front are very helpful and nice people. They treat you like family.

My mother took her SUV to have it the driver door and AC looked at but the communication was lacking. While I think some info was lost in translation, even I ran into issues of inconsistent information as I got involved. It seems the different shifts don't communicate with each other so calling in the morning and calling in the afternoon results in different updates. Still, the people I spoke to were very friendly and available, just wish we could have received more consistent answers. Mike was definitely the most helpful and straightforward.
