What an awesome group of caring people. Not only did they help us with finding a towing company but diagnosed our issue quickly. In addition, when we had to wait for an Uber that would arrive after their closing, they stayed to make sure we were safely on our way to our hotel. We can’t say enough about this place. We had a leaking tire on a road trip, and Expert Car Care got us in immediately and fixed the problem in around 10 minutes! Our mechanic Christian guided us through exactly what he was doing and we had a great chat during :)

Went to get my battery and alternator checked out. They were super helpful and informative. Told me the best options for my car without trying to sell me on anything more. Good mechanics like these are hard to come by. Seriously couldn't have asked for better service!

Where to begin.. I had an appointment set for 2pm to have a serpentine belt changed. Walked in and was greeted by Jamal (who was the best point of contact throughout this entire ordeal) who gave me a quote for 437.50 including parts and labor and was told it would take 3-4 hours. So I would have the car done the same day. Later I CALL THEM close to closing to find it’s going to need to stay overnight. Next morning I get a call saying the new price is going to be $522. When asked why, she stated that Jamal was just covering for her and shouldn’t have done that. That the quote was wrong. Ok.. after a bit of back and forth, she offers to take 5% off the price. But then I ask.. “so let me ask this then, Jamal also told me I could use a coupon off the website for free diagnostic with repair” She then said I couldn’t combine the 2 lol.. so the 5% off was for the mistake.. and I was always going to use the coupon.. yet I can’t combine them.. so she asked me which I would like to use. Well, 5% was far less than the coupon.. so I chose the coupon obviously. And had to further complain saying that the reason I was going to get the 5% was due to their mistake. So she offered for it to go towards an oil change in the future. Great like I want to come back after all of this. If I didn’t need the repair done immediately I would have taken it somewhere else. I got a quote for the same repair near my mom’s house for 350 parts and labor. She lives a few hours away though so I thought the extra 100 was fine for the safety. Another day later, they called and said a few other parts related to the serpentine belt needed to be changed as well because they were cracked, bringing the new total up to $1018. I ask again if this will fix the screeching problem when I start it up and they assured me yes.They have to order some parts so it’s going to take a few more days. Ok.. fine, I just want the screeching noise on startup gone at this point. I get the car back and the screeching noise on startup is still there, same as before.. I call the next day, they say to bring it in again.. then blame the noise on an exhaust leak. So I said.. “I thought you told me if I changed all these parts and the serpentine belt the noise would go away? That’s the whole reason I brought it here?” And they were just like.. yeah well.. it’s probably something else, but we can’t be sure until we charge you more for digging around and finding an exhaust leak or something. I’ll definitely be getting a second opinion. If it’s anything close to what they are telling me I’ll alter the review slightly, but the whole experience was still not great. Anyway.. overall, prices changed, times changed, overall customer experience wasn’t great asking why the changes and their solution of a 5% discount to make up for it being more expensive than the coupon I was already going to use. And the worst part, I was told this fix would fix the noise the car was making and.. it’s still there the exact same as it was before. I hate leaving harsh reviews, Just beware.

Never again will I bring my vehicle to this shop Dropped off my van at 8:30 this morning for a simple oil change returned at 3 PM. Still was not done. I then cancelled the appointment only to find out they’ve already charged me before the work was completed When I asked for a refund, they said they couldn’t do it. They could only try to reverse the charges. How unprofessional what a scam I will be contacting the state of Florida agriculture and consumer affairs is illegal in the state of Florida to charge someone over $150 without a written estimate and work NOT completed before being charged
