I was looking for headlight assembly installation and found this Expert Car Care, Lake Nona. I walked right in and spoke to Jamahl. He was very helpful and gave me a very good quote for the job. I'm now scheduled for installation. So far, I'm impressed with their customer service. Hopefully, will show on their work.

Paid over $100.00 for an oil change and a tire rotation (which is included). Have never before paid such an astronomical amount for such service. I have been a regular customer for sometime and had regularly paid $59.99, $69.99 or so for this very same service. Simply outrageous. Inflation is one thing, but this is armed-robbery. Will never again patronize this outlet again...no way.

I recently brought my 1984 Dodge Daytona to Expert Car Care, seeking help for an air conditioning issue. I had already visited another nearby shop, where I was quoted $2,300 for a full compressor replacement. Feeling uncertain, I decided to get a second opinion at Expert Car Care, and I couldn’t be happier that I did. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and refreshing, with a delightful lavender aroma and fresh coffee and cookies greeting me at the door. The team was warm and attentive, and I was especially impressed by Johanna’s exceptional service. She was knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely interested in answering all my questions, which put me at ease. Such a sweetheart she is. While the other shop recommended a costly repair, the team at Expert Car Care took a thorough look and identified a much simpler issue—a leaking tee. This repair only cost me $40, a fraction of the original quote, and my A/C is now working perfectly! This experience has truly set Expert Car Care apart from other shops. Their integrity, transparency, and customer-focused approach were clear at every step. I am deeply grateful to Johanna and the team for their honest, expert service. I’ll be returning for all my future automotive needs—thank you so much!
