Went in because I thought I needed an alternator since I kept having to get a jump to start the car finally after a jump and my car still wouldn’t start I got my vehicle towed to the shop they didn’t run any diagnostic test just took my word on what I thought was wrong replaced my alternator just to find out whole time I just needed a new battery will be going back tomorrow for a refund.

$125 to remove 4 keyd lug nuts. Went down the street. Another shop took them off for $50 in 15 minutes without a key

Express Auto Repair is alright with me. The service here is all good great work that was done on my vehicle and the prices are reasonable. I deninatly recommend this ashop for repairs.

Great customer service..very cool employees... these guys really know what they are doing and fair price for all repairs...and the receptionist is so nice..I would recommend this repair shop to everyone who is having issues with their vehicle.

They are really affordable however its hard to reach someone at the front desk. It took them almost 2 weeks to fix my Chevy Equinox! I had a radiator and heater core replaced. Now my car isn't running. I was told that my ignition cylinder is going bad or the security code is not reading my key. So I do know if I need a locksmith or a electrical specialist to get my car going?
