I took my car in for an alignment and much to my surprise they didn't give a detailed list of things I needed to get fixed unlike other places I have been to. They had my car serviced in the time that was scheduled..they have restored my faith in auto shops. A thumbs up to Lance who answered all my questions and just being friendly. Thanks Lance. I would definitely recommend this shop if you need work done on your vehicle! 🙂

They were easy to make the appointment and I was in and out under an hour. I will continue to have my auto service done there at the Galley shop.

I had my 2016 ram 2500 towed to the galley location with a blown motor. Byler and his team quickly discerned the cause of the failure and offered a “good, better, or best” solution. This is a company vehicle so getting approval to do the engine replacement was taking a long time. They kept my truck safe for me until I decided to have it towed to our site rather than sit in their lot taking up space. They coordinated with the tow truck company and even processed my payment over the phone which kept me from having to take time off of work to handle. I will be bringing our fleet vehicles as well as my personal vehicles to them in the future .

My experience was top notch! From my initial phone call, I was confident they would take care of me. I went to them for a presale inspection, and Byler did an excellent job explaining to me the condition of the car I was about to purchase. He and his mechanic did an excellent job inspecting the car, explaining the few areas needing to be addressed, and giving me a detailed report. This helped me have negotiating power with the dealership. Byler was the best, so I highly recommend them for your auto needs!

Oct 2024 This is a review of Express Auto Service. They have two shops, this review is for the shop on Galley. My husband and I are new customers to this shop. I took my van in to have the A/C compressor replaced and the oil changed. My husband a former mechanic, liked their work and put our van back in their shop 2 weeks later to have the motor mounts and CV Joints replaced. While great work is worthy of a great review, to me great people behind the work are also worthy of a 5 star review. Seth my mechanic did and awesome job in a safe and timely manner. Byler the shop manager stayed in constant contact with me. This is my only vehicle. Byler arranged my transportation (Uber) back and forth from the shop to my home. There is no cost for this. There is a wonderful lady that works in the office ( I can’t remember her name) she answers the phone when Byler is with a customer or on the phone. No answering machines during shop hours. She is a friendly as can be and you makes you feel like you are the only customer they have. Very attentive staff no matter how busy they are. Pricing is up front you know before you turn your keys over what the price will be. If something comes up they Call or text you FIRST and get your permission. NO SURPRISE increase in the bill when you pick up your vehicle. Although they are busy they always made room to get me in within 24 hours of calling. Rick the shop owner helped me out in a big way with a repair issue. A bolt broke after the repair of the motor mounts that caused one of the motor mounts to fail. He not only covered the replacement of the motor mount under warranty he replaced at his cost the specialized bolt (not related to the original repair) and provided all the labor and cost of the replacement bolt. I was set to leave on a trip out state and he prioritized my van to get it done for me before the day I was to leave. He covered out of his own pocket to replace the specialized bolt and the hours of labor to drill out the old one and put in the new one and put another new motor mount in. This company stands behind their work and does what it takes to keep their customers safe on the road. I can’t say thank you enough for your great service. It says more that words can express to your character and honesty. It’s not impossible to find businesses in this day and age that love what they do and care about the people they work for. If your looking for a great auto repair shop look no further. Give Byler a call he will set you up.

Byler and Express Auto are AMAZING! I was in town for a couple days and discovered that my car had a gas leak. I took it in and they worked on it as quickly as they could. It was also extremely affordable. They will definitely take care of you here. HIGHLY recommend. Thank you again to Byler and everyone at Express Auto!

Brought my car here for an evaluation before giving it to my son. He is learning to drive and we wanted to make sure we passed him a sturdy vehicle. They did the evaluation let us know things were well taken care of, but beyond that they marked down upcoming needs the car would have, future oil changes, spark plug changes, transmission fluid dates, and send us emails when time comes around to get those things checked. I feel like my son is safe and his car is being well cared for by a company that checks in and helps us monitor long term!

Byler always takes care of me anytime I have an issue that I cant fix myself. Its not a guarantee by any means but in most of my cases I've had he has gotten me in the shop on the same day!! Great customer service and a fair price every time!! Thanks again to the whole team!

Byler and his crew are friendly, professional, and diligent. I have taken my truck here twice. The first time, I thought I needed all four brakes replaced. He advised me I only needed two of them done. The second time was my 100,000 mile maintenance which was completed in under 1 day.

Not only did they take me in right away, the bought me an Uber (twice) and got my car up and running for the long drive to California. Anyway, very honest and professional. Dropped by to have my windshield wipers looked at, I wasn’t feeling confident about what to look for if they were needing to be replaced.. however! Byler was attentive, quick and thorough with looking at my wipers and although they didn’t need to be repaired, he took the time and care to share with me what to look for and features on my current blades that made them hold up so well. I am beyond appreciative for this excellent customer service and educational moment! Super professional which I loved! When the time comes for my wipers to be replaced I will 100% be coming back!

Had a oil change done at Expess auto Byler was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly . They also let me know my tranmission fluid was at the mileage of need to be changed and I also had them do that. Great shop and great crew. Thank you Express Auto Repair.

This is an amazing shop and the owners and staff are the best! From the minute you walk into the shop you are treated like family. Byler is on top of customer service and you can't find that at most shops. You can't go wrong with their quick and thorough assessments. Always done me good but had my vehicle inspected just yesterday an everything was good they said. Very next day my car died while driving and won't start up :/. He called Me and said they would diagnose it for me free.

Amazing service and awesome treatment. I did something quite embarrassing that was an easy fix. I had an exposed wire from the aftermarket stereo I installed. It just didn't have a match to the harness so I tucked it away. Well it contacted metal and then BOOM. I've got a fuse that keeps blowing. I thought it was a more complicated short so I didn't want to diagnose and fix it myself. Byler was kind and when I said I was quite embarrassed he told me not to worry. It happens and is understandable. While I now realize this could have been a quick fix and I could have done it myself, I'm happy to pay the diagnostic to support them, and I'm glad I found this shop because they will get my business in the future.

I appreciate this shop a lot, they make something potentially very stressful a lot less stressful. They treat people very well too and don’t talk down to people from what I can tell, I’ve seen them go a bit out of their way to get my vehicle the proper fluids and supplies it needs.

More recently, we had our 2001 Sienna van serviced by this team. They had to jump through a few extra hoops because Toyota discontinued the compressor for our vehicle. This was not discovered until after an order was placed and accepted, and then canceled. But Byler and team went the extra mile to get a part, to be sure it was right, and do everything they could to make it as easy as possible. I highly recommend this shop. Byler was pleasant and professional. The shop was clean and the work was done well and quickly. I heard Byler offer to transport customers and it seemed that he made sure people knew exactly what to expect.

My family and I were traveling through Colorado on a long-anticipated camping trip when we started noticing a grinding noise every time we stopped at a stop sign, or light. On our drive from Longmont to Colorado Springs, we researched repair shops online, and found the Express Auto Repair (South), which was one of the top rated shops in Colorado Springs, Within 30 minutes of booking a time slot online, the Service Manager, Byler, contacted me via text, and provided feedback regarding their ability to look at it (4pm appointment with a commitment to get it in and looked at the next morning). By 10am the next morning, the Service Manager provided a comprehensive diagnostic report. Our truck was completed and ready to go by 12:20pm the day after scheduling our appointment. Needless to say, our expectations were not only met, they were exceeded. It is readily apparent to me that Byler, and the service crew at Express Auto Repair care deeply about their work and earning their customer’s business. If you are in Colorado Springs, or traveling through, and find yourself needing auto maintenance work, I recommend Byler and team highly.
