Unfortunately, I have to change my review for a second visit Got charged $300 for a brake inspection. 2 hours labor for a job that literally takes 15 minutes per tire. [Remove wheel, capiler, and rotor]?? Most shops provide a brake inspection free for 4 wheels. This $300 charge was for 2 wheels Though this was a great shop, I was wrong, and I won't be back *********************** Excellent service, rides provided, great value

Wow. Talk about fast diamond level service. Brought my car and my moms car here on multiple occasions. Every time Garrett takes amazing care of us ! After each visit my car runs smooth like I just bought it off the lot. I take my car across state lines from the here to FL and my car runs amazing! One occasion I busted a tire, since my previous visit I replaced all four tires I received a warranty with NAPA. The tire was replaced at no cost! I originally heard of Express ARS from my extended warranty I placed on my vehicle. Each visit my car did have to stay overnight, however Express ARS got me a Lyft home and another to come pick up my vehicle at no cost to me. That was extremely nice of them. I usually go to Firestone to get work done on my car but that has changed fast. I could go to other companies with my extended warranty. I have pages of options however no one has paid for a ride for me while getting my car worked on ! The prices are fair with or without the warranty. Express ARS is a great place and trusted by me ! 10/5 stars !

Highlights: 🌟Quick same-day service 🌟Fair and transparent pricing 🌟Quality service 🌟Detailed reports 🌟Excellent customer service 🌟Excellent communication via email and text ⛔Poor phone connection at the shop via phone call My Hyundai Tuscon died on I-25, and a quick call to Express Auto Repair let me know that they had same-day availability to check what was going on. I had my car towed to the shop, and within a few hours Garrett and his team discovered significant damage in my engine. I received an email report that not only let me know which mechanic completed the work, but the results of the diagnostics with PHOTOS! The report was thorough, and the pricing was very fair for running the diagnostics to figure out the issue with my car. Included in the report was an estimate of the cost to repair the engine. We were not pressured to complete the work at the shop. When we went the next morning to pay for the service, Garrett had located additional information including an extended warranty that should cover the engine repairs! He had everything printed for us to take to the Hyundai dealership as documentation. We chose to take our other car to Express Auto Repair to have the brakes repaired within the same week, and received excellent service with a thorough report and fair pricing as well. We will continue to use Express Auto Repair as our priority for auto care in the future.

My engine wasn't running right and the dealership couldn't take it for another 2 weeks, but Garrett was able to look at it that same day. He fixed my car in under 2 days and now it's working perfectly. I can't recommend express auto repair enough!

Once is an accident twice as coincidence three times means you're just trying to get more money out of me. Brought my car for a oil leak. Drove 8 miles after repairs and then was leaking again. Took it back they told me it was coolant that was leaking and the lines to my rear differential we're swollen in about the bust. If they did a full inspection like they said they did then how come they didn't notice that these lines were swollen and about the bust the first time. Now rear differential is slipping not going to take it back there for a third time . Took it to another mechanic he said it was put back together wrong. If you're looking to make another loan payment in your life go to this place if you want to get your car fixed go somewhere else. Wasted almost $3,500 on this place

After I took my Wrangler to two different places and being diagnosed with a bad Electronic Throttle Control and a bad Anti-Lock Brake Control Unit, I was putting off the fix because both are major expenses. I took my vehicle to Express Auto Repair, expecting an estimate for thousands of dollars. Come to find out that it was a hole and a vacuum hose which they replaced. At first, I was skeptical of a vacuum hose replacement turning off all the dash lights, but fortunately that was the case! I’ve been driving for a couple weeks now and still no lights on my dash. Garrett and his team got me in and out in no time and definitely have my business from now on!

Express Auto was great. The maintenance required message came up, and Garrett had the car thoroughly checked out, found the problem, ordered the parts, and scheduled a day for me to bring it in. The repair was done by around lunchtime, and has been fine ever since.
