Scheduled an oil change for 1 p.m. and showed up about 5 minutes before that time. I waited at the station outside where it asks customers to wait and stood there for 15 minutes while associates walked right by me and other customers and several others saw us the entire time. I never was assisted. I went inside and nobody was available. I left and took my business elsewhere.

I scheduled an appointment to have a tire put on 2 days ago so that I would not have to wait because I had to be at work. When I arrived from my appointment I was told that only two people had shown up and I would be waiting a while a good while. They finally took my car in while I'm shopping in the store waiting for it to be done they called me on my phone and tell me they do not even have the tire in stock that I need and I was told they did when the appointment was made. When I asked if this is what had happened they apologized and said yes unfortunately that's exactly what happened. Will not go back for tires here...

Only 1 person showed up for work and he whined through his story until I asked about when they were going to open. Time to change the crew and management

They did a pretty good job and fairly fast but I have one issue, the guy working at the service desk told me that he had no way to let me know about how much longer it would be until they finished my oil change and I know he was lying, he could have found out. He was being lazy and rude and seen that my 10 month old daughter was hungry and cranky we had been there for over an hour just for an oil change and I know that it only takes 5 minutes.
