I own two cars that both needed replacement of their alternators. Express Lube and Tune replaced them and the replacement alternators both failed in a short period of time. One of the alternators rotor bearings actually seized. I suspect that this company installs sub standard accessories. Also one of my vehicles required front suspension repairs. A few weeks later a part of the suspension fell off and gouged the sidewall of my front tire. When I brought this issue to Sam's attention he tried to tell me that the damage to my tire was not a dangerous condition. Sidewall damage is a serous condition that can easily cause a blowout.

This place is great. At first, we went to Meineke on Northwest Highway by the paint place… They failed me for my standard manufacturer tint because this idiot was having a bad morning… Then we drove by this place… Pulled up, got our inspection, passed inspection, got our paperwork and then we are now home. Easy and quick along w good customer service. I highly recommend this place!!

I initially didn't know Sam. I purchased a car from a dealership Auto Express in Dallas who Express Lube and Tune is their go to shop. I was referred by Barron of Auto Express. I had a minor problem with a BMW I purchased. Barron sent me to Sam owner or manager of the shop. The price was fair and the car is good now. I recommend this shop and Auto Express to purchased. Sam is very nice and know his job.
