I literally had the best oil change ever, Stephen was excellent he went above and beyond with customer service he showed me things I didn’t know and that needed attention. This isn’t my first time going to the Express Oil Change Service Center in Forestdale. Since relocating to this area 1-1/2 years ago, they have performed all services on my 2023 Maxima, including all filters, tire rotations, wiper blades, you name it. I travel a lot and have around 67,000 miles on the car already so they’ve seen my mug quite a bit. Stephen always takes good care of me and advises me of recommended current and future maintenance. It’s a good house and I’ll keep coming back.

My brake caliper broke on the interstate while traveling through Birmingham. When it broke it ripped off my brakeline and wheel sensor as well as punctured the rim on my tire. I was left with no brakes, and no tire and i was 10 hours from home with no idea who was a trustworthy shop. I was towed to express oil change and was told by the tow truck driver they could take care of me, and did they ever. Kojo was able to come diagnose all the damage as soon as they opened and start the process of getting me back on the road. He was able to provide me an accurate cost estimate, and showed me all the damage. It was the most transparent work I've ever had at a mechanic. Kojo got me patched up and back on the road by noon, and had me test drive it to make sure it was as I wanted. He also, remembered am extra adjustment he wanted to make to the backing plate and did that before I left after my test drive. Long story short, Kojo was a Rockstar that day, and I can't thank him enough. 10/10 would recommend!
