Very good customer service . I think my attendants name was Lakeiah. There was a long line , but it was expected . I felt like my oil change didn’t take long at all. I like coming here because they always have great deals !

5 stars if you’re a buddy of someone who works there. They will get you in the fastest lane and skip people who have been waiting longer. If you’re not, “Express” is a joke.

I really appreciated the staff’s assistance, pleasant words, good humor and honesty when I got my oil changed and air in my tire. They checked lights, horn, signals and give me some helpful advice concerning my vehicle. Didn’t realize I had received the wrong oil when I went to Take 5 before this and paid so much more! Thanks for the good work and know that I will definitely be back!

I went in for a oil leak. Because I saw oil spots in my driveway. Express Oil charge me close to $900.00 for that. A day later my car was still leaking oil. I took it back and this is what I got. You got an oil leak coming underneath. I asked why I just paid you guys 900.00 for this . I just got work done from you guys. Then the tech said. That just took care of the top, you still have a leak underneath and it's going to cost you additional $300.00 and I have a quote from Express saying that.The service I got did not cover underneath. I am very upset. I took my car to another place today for something different (tire plus)and when checking out my car the tech told me that there was a loose piece and he tightened it with his FINGERS because oil was leaking. Tire Plus had someone there that was HONEST!!! I WILL DO BUSINESS WITH TIRE PLUS.!!!!!! I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY EXPRESS OIL WANT TO DO BAD Business Express oil is Robbery all they had to do was Complete job not a half ass job. Just to have customers to come back and spend more money that they don't already have. Oh I get it your reputation is up and down. I will tell everybody about this and how you guys have a high turn over with employees. There is no consistency. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK. I HAVE LEARNED MY LESSONS WITH EXPRESS OIL. GOING TO THEM IS LIKE A MECHANIC UNDER A TREE. YOU CANNOT TRUST THEM. LIAR LIAR PANTS ON FIRE

They were pretty unbothered by the fact that one line of customers had to wait over two hours while the other line was moving quickly. They didn’t really relate to the customers frustration when customers tried to get out of line and leave but were blocked in by other cars and forced to stick around for over 2 hours to get an oil change. Nothing “express” about it.

This is my go to place for an oil change - Everyone there is so friendly and they have always taken wonderful care of me - Kristian was especially attentive in being sure that my difficult filter change was properly installed.

I brought my car in to get a regular oil change. I’ve been coming to this location for about 3 years but this service was different. Tay did my oil change (who I later found out that he’s the store manager). This was the first time anyone has ever checked my cabin air filter, so of course it was disgusting. I thought I needed front rotors and brakes even though I had them changed about a year ago and a tune up. After he asked some questions I only needed my brake fluid changed and my fuel injection system flushed out. My car is back to riding like new and I saved money out of the process. Customer service and knowledge 10/10 highly recommend.

I had a great experience! Lakiah was patient and explained things to me. They took care of my oil change, air filter, and tire rotation in under 30 mins! Definitely will go back!

I will not be returning to this location. I've been waiting for an hour and a half to get air in my tires, a service that should have been completed during my oil change two weeks ago. The service here is incredibly chaotic.

i’ve been going here for years (through three different cars) and am pretty disappointed with my service I got. my car has always been in perfect condition since the day i bought it and was fully inspected by another mechanic just a few months ago (as i do a few times a year for preventative maintenance). I sent someone to get an oil change for me today and as soon as it was completed my car wouldn’t start and needed a new battery. I purchased this battery less than two years ago (oct 2022) and check it often for charge (especially when the weather fluctuates). My car has never once stalled regardless of weather, and drove perfect this morning, just like every day, without giving out. Now after a “needed new battery” and an oil change my car is driving weird and having issues driving. Pretty sketchy how the battery that easily has a few years left conveniently died right in the middle of another service and now after years of being problem free it’s driving strange.

As a similar person posted, I received an oil change here which ended up causing my oil pressure and check engine light to appear. I took it back for a diagnosis and they told me about all of these issues that were going to cost thousands of dollars to repair. I took it to get a second opinion and was told that the issue was actually caused by a leak in the oil drain because it was not securely fastened when completing my initial oil change. There was literally no oil in my car at all! Ended up costing no where close to what they initially diagnosed Even when I reached back out to express, they refused to acknowledge their mistake on the initial oil change or diagnosis. I even asked why they didn’t check the amount of oil in my car and why they allowed me to drive the car out of the lot without any oil and got no acknowledgment. I had being going here for years but this scammy and unprofessional experience has definitely soured that.

Came in for an oil change and brought my own oil and filter brand new from the store down the road. When they did the oil change the “seal on the filter was missing” I find this hard to believe but he charged me for a new filter from them without asking. I asked 3 times if they could put air in my tires, the manager wrote down an alignment instead and tried to charge me for it, super shady. I never got air in my tires…. They tried 3 times to add stuff on I didn’t need or want instead of adding air to my tires. Then they stuck me with a 50$ bill for simply draining my oil and changing the filter…. Kind of a bummer cause this place is close to me but damn did the service suck and they tried to scam me 3 times when I asked for air in my tires (which they never did) and I find it hard to believe that brand new filter I purchased 15 minutes prior was missing the seal… this place is a scam.
