Bought an oil change but had also been overheating. Nowni don't fit in around here but have been living andndoin business on this side of town for some time. It's a wonder I hadn't been here before. I have no reason to think of this as malicious but I left here after an oil change and crossed the street to auto zone. While there I lifted my food to find my radiator cap was off and was preventing my hood from closing properly. I was able to fasten it back into place and finish my business but I went back and voiced my displeasure at the oversight. I'm not 100% without fault myself, but this is why I leave such things "to the professionals". I could have asked for a free oil change out of it but I don't feel like me getting free stuff improves the situation at hand. Make.a better system, and get better reviews.

I HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS PLACE FOR OVER 5 YEARS. THE LAST 2 TIMES I CAME TO GET A OIL CHANGE. WHEN I LEFT AND LOOK UNDER MY HOOD THERE IS A PROBLEM. THIS WEEK I BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR A OIL CHANGE AND WHEN I GOT HOME I LOOKED UNDER MY HOOD AND MY RADIATOR HOSE COVER WAS TORN IN ONE PLACE. IT WAS NOT LIKE THAT BEFORE I CAME YOU ALL PLACE OF BUSINESS. I ALWAYS CHECK UNDER THE HOOD BEFORE I COME TO GET A OIL CHANGE. I WILL GO TO ANOTHER BUSINESS TO GET IT CHANGED.

Mar’Keith was my tech. He was knowledgeable, respectful and made the oil change process seem less. We shared a couple of jokes and before I knew it I was on my way! I think that he’s a great asset to your company!

They are always very freindly and courteous. They make every customer feel special. They not only do the job required fast but thouroughly. I never take my vehicle anywhere else for service if I don't have to.

I have been getting my car serviced at Express on 3rd for a while now and I can say everytime I go , I always have a great experience . The assistant manager Dee is always helpful and very knowledgeable!! He always goes the extra mile to make sure that I am aware of any and every issue ! He definitely exemplifies what a manager should be !!It has also been times where Markeith or Quinton has been able to answer any question I may have concerning maintenance or my car in general . I have never had a complaint and will continue to bring my car in for service .
